I literally just finished Snowman Latte and it’s a Leisure Arts DP but this one is 23 colors and design size is 12”x 12”. It’s still super cute but the one shown definitely has more details!
I am working on Snowman Latte right now! Such a timely upload. He is really turning out cute. Drills are pretty good-a few stuck together. Minimal static. Glue a little slippy so a little a wee bit of sliding drills. I am enjoying this kit.
I did a Leisure Arts from Hobby Lobby for Jingle Drills and it is so cute! It’s Santa. Great for the price and a little break from my confetti heavy DAC painting
Hi Katie, good morning from Los Angeles County. Cute canvases. I have some Make Mark, and some from Hobby Lobby. But I have yet to kit up and work on them.
Snowman from Make Market was fun! I did him last year. The older Leisure Arts kits have Diamond Dots branding all over it. I think you’re right that they’re still the parent company. Do the Snowman Latte! He’s so cute finished !
Thanks! I’m going to go to Hobby Lobby & Michael’s to check them out. I had posted in the FB group about being overwhelmed on a painting. I still want to finish it though. 🙂
Katie, I have done both of the 2 snowmen kits and they are both super cute. I did them last year. I am currently working on the village. On it, I substituted white AB’s for the snow and amber colored crystals in the windows so they would look like brighter light coming out of the houses. I am still working on the village. I like the deer that you showed. I believe that I got all of them from Michael’s. Have a great Christmas. I bet your boys are very excited. 🎅🏻🎄
I saw a lot of people working on Snowman Latte for Jingle Drills and thought he was so cute! If I can find him in store, I might save him for next year!
Those paintings are super cute. I just picked up 2 Make Market kits from Michaels. They had the Girl with a pearl earring and the Mona Lisa. They were on sale buy one get one half off. So I decided I wanted to try them. They are also 8.5 by 11 with the magnetic frame included to be able to hang up afterwards, which I thought was cool. I'm excited to try them in the new year after my other projects are done and see what I think of them. I haven't seen your review of the other Make Market kit, so I will have to check out that video.
Katie, my very first diamond painting was a Diamond Dotz partial painting that I bought at Hobby Lobby. That was enough to get me hooked! It’s a great way to start diamond painting. I am now a DP addict and have been diamond painting for a little over two years! Thanks for letting others know what’s easily available and affordable if they want to try it out.
Same thing here! Mine was a succulent one and it was big for being a beginning DP, but it was a partial. I would also recommend to others to buy multiplacers as they are a life saver. I did my first diamond dots with all single placers. I didn’t realize how long it takes until I got multi placers, and they are really useful
My husband went to Michael’s a few weeks ago for something else and when he came home he had bought a DP kit of the Cardinal from Make Maker. He only paid like $5-something. Michael’s is known for their coupons. I haven’t started it yet because I’m currently working on a DAC and have very little space to work. It will be my first ever round kit I do. I’ve also heard (I forget where) that Target and Walmart have kits but my anxiety prevents me from entering any Walmart. 🌴☀️🌴
I haven't been out to shop at Michael's in awhile as they are on the other side of town. If I did, I'd have to pick up a couple of these; they are so adorable! I could just blow my money online, too 😂🎄
You are so helpful with your videos because you go into so much detail for which I really appreciate. Now I won't stress about wondering if those kits are worth purchasing. Thank you so much Katie.
Hi Katie, thank you for sharing these. I love the snow man in the hot chocolate ☃️ I wish our Hobby lobby and Michaels had a bigger selection. Unfortunately they must not sell well in my area as the Diamond painting sections are very very small 😞
I actually got Snowman Latte from Michael’s online. I finished him for jingle drills and love him. I’ve named him Oscar 😍
They are all beautiful

My Hobby Lobby is already sold out. I love them all

I have the holiday deer. It’s my entry for jingle drills 23. It is adorable and very quick to finish ❤❤❤❤❤

I've done a few Make Market and Diamond Dotz kits, they're a solid middle-of-the-road option and I enjoyed working on them.
I saw Diamond Painting kits in Walmart aswell
Thanks Katie!!!! This is good to know

Diamond Dotz is the parent brand of Liesure Arts. Not sure about Make Market, but it could be possible too.
Thanks! I’m going to go to Hobby Lobby & Michael’s to check them out. I had posted in the FB group about being overwhelmed on a painting. I still want to finish it though. 🙂
Thanks Katie. These are all so cute and so affordable. I did a couple of the Halloween Make Market kits and I was very pleased with the quality.

Super cute kits! I really need to start checking out the stores more!

I love the Snowman Latte! I have been trying to find him in Canada. He is very expensive to order online and ship.
Just hit Micheal’s got a rain dear. I’m new to the dimond painting are there any 2024 challenges that would be fun?
if the deer had a shiny red nose i wouldve been 1000% on board and wouldvd gotten him immediately. still super cute though
Just change out the black with red abs… ❤
@monicatrull2350 omg i didnt even think of that 👍👍
❤❤❤
Hello Katie
Diamond painting must not be that popular here. My Hobby Lobby and Michael's don't have any Diamond paintings.
