【登場人物設定】
・マサキ
10年前、湖西線で最高速を競っていたマサキは、北見チューニングの片鱗を見た後、
壮絶な事故を起こす。以後、JR東日本の広報部を担当にしていたが、
伝説だった悪魔の２０１を目撃し、再び走ることを決意。
大田を説得してE231系を組んでもらい、RGOデモカーのE231系でセッティングを開始する。
その時、偶然にも悪魔の201とブラックバード（209系）に遭遇。
そのままワントライの山手線 恵比寿ストレート決戦になだれ込む！
・山中
大田の整備工場「スピードファクトリーRGO（京葉車両センター）」の現場責任者。
相手の年齢などに構わずハッキリと話すことから、クールに見られることが多い。
だが、RGOのデモカーである255でブラックバードと争い、
自らのミスで大破させてしまった時には、
「この255 オコせませんか・・？（修復できませんか）」と涙ながらに
大田へ問いかける熱い一面もある。
・大田和夫
「スピードファクトリーRGO（京葉車両センター）」の整備工場長。
暴走族から走り屋へ、そして整備工場を始め、「最も成功したチューナー」の一人になった。
経営が波に乗ると自ら主電動機を手がけることはなくなったが、
マサキの熱い想いに触発されてE231系をチューン。その腕はまったく衰えていなかった。
山中を始めとした部下たちの面倒見もよく、走り屋たちの兄貴分的な存在。
また、チューニングを始めた娘のリカコに対しても、よき理解者として接している。

という事はＤの拓海の2000系は7～12のマスコンになって、出発は7速発進になるのかｗ
※構造上6速までしかないので、7速以上はトップから5速分引いたギヤがロー相当になる。
