Thank you so much for putting up these videos! I just today changed to homeschooling and felt a little overwhelmed and lost but you've helped me, thank you!

My daughter is in kinder last year she was doing gymnastics 🤸‍♀️ I wanted to put her in gymnastics but is so hard with homeschooling and still taking her to other activities.

Yes it can be so hard to juggle everything. Just take it day by day, that's what we do.

I feel very blessed that my parents are supportive of me homeschooling, I wished they lived closer. They even took over while I was recovering from my last csection. I kind of feel no matter what I do, my parents support me, and I want to be that kind of parent to my kids. (They’re always sharing my videos to their friends on Facebook ☺️) My in-laws on the other hand, disapprove of everything I/we do, and so I just avoid talking to them about so many facets of my life, including homeschooling.
Also, curriculum is my weakness, It’s been a learning process figuring out what we need and what works.

That is so amazing that your parents are supportive! 😊 I wish that was the case with my family. You're so lucky!💕

CarmonaHomeschoolOf3 - I can imagine how hard that is, since I’ve experienced the disapproval on the other side of the family. The one thing I take from it is learning how to be a better parent because I never want to act like them.

How do you prove you're a homeschooler?

If you call the education department in your county they should be able to give you something stating you're a homeschooler.
