I want a canon meeting between Alex, Leo and Sadie. It would be so chaotic. “They would be the chaos trio,” in the words of my younger brother. 🔥 Just imagine, Some sort of new villain forces, the Greek demigods, Roman demigods, Norse demigods and the magicians to work together. Percy and Annabeth, having connections to all of these groups, introducing them to each other, in the midst of this Leo is joking around, trying to lighten the mood, tho it isn’t well received by the people who don’t know him, Carter thinking they should be focusing on the task at hand and not joking around, gets mad at Leo, Sadie comes to his defence, as she likes the fact that he is making the meeting less boring, Leo and Sadie start talking, maybe about feeling that their friends/family only see them as impulsive and reckless, ignoring their smarts and powers, Alex decided to cause some trouble because since Leo and Sadie started talking it had become quite boring, Sadie and Leo notice this and decide to help cause to mischief, the three of them cause chaos while, the others try and plan on how to defeat the villain. Idk it’s just a example for a meeting, it probably won’t ever happen anyway.
I would say that Percy has the potential to be the most powerful. In tartarus he got close to choking a goddess. But he's a little too nice to really capitalise on that power. I would say Nico has the most powerful move - turning someone into a ghost is kinda absurd. But he has power limits. I would actually say Reyna is the most powerful. Her empathatic link and the ability to boost others powers would have the highest ceiling of any demigod we've seen

Thank you for acknowledging how powerful Hazel and Piper are because they can twist other people's minds and make them believe basically anything. Their power is basically manipulation (mist and charmspeak) which means they can easily use their own enemies' powers against them which is quite OP power to have, but also awesome. I wouldn't like to fight against these two.
Piper is insanely powerful just on her own because of her voice, but my only counter argument is that anybody could plug their ears if going up against her. She wouldn't win hand to hand combat with any of them besides possibly Annabeth

Percy is most definitely the strongest, by far. I think you forgot that he has actually summoned water even in a place completely devoid of it - the volcano he erupted in the battle of the labyrinth. It was strong enough to free Typhon. Plus if we go for versatility, he has limited amounts of ice control, poison control & storm control. He can also retake the Achilles curse. & theoretically he can even bloodbend or maybe even completely dehydrate someone to kill them. Lastly he has also proven to be a worthy enough vessel for even an Egyptian goddess. I do think Hazel & Piper are extremely strong. But Percy, given enough stimuli (like he was against Akhlys, a sibling of freaking Tartarus himself)... I can bet Percy can end up even defeating both camps combined (probably a bit of a hyperbole, but I can't rule it out either).
Percy didn't free Typhon but he did wake Typhon up (which considering that Hephaestus hammering and forging stuff on top of him doesn't wake him up) is also a big deal.
I feel like everyone underestimates Jason. He might not be my favorite of the seven, but I believe he is the most powerful of the seven. Here me out... So most people take the plethora of abilities available to demigods as a sign of their powers. But most people disregard the most important thing, and that is training. With that in mind Jason, who has the most amount of training out of all of the seven, takes the W. Think about it, this guy was raised by Lupa, who definitely trained him, he joined CJ and was good enough to become Praetor. Let's say he started training at the age of 6, that's still over a decade of training he has under his belt, compared to Hazel's few months, Percy's five (six?) Summers, etc. Not to mention he is also a Child of the Big 3. Now what about Annabeth, you say. Well Annabeth ran away from home at age seven, so by that we can say she started training at seven. Now the deciding factor becomes the type of training and the abilities. Since Annabeth has a lack of special abilities, I'd say that bumps her down a bit. But I would say she's a very close second. Intelligence like hers is nothing to sneeze at.
Last i remember, Nico and Will going to go to Tartarus to find Bob and Damasen (or whatever that giant name is). Tartarus is just the best place to go dating i guess

My unpopular opinion is that a character dying, such as Luke, shouldn't be what makes them a good character, it is the laziest way to possibly write a redemption arc. It shouldn't erase everything a character did throughout their life
My unpopular opinions: - Octavian is hated by fandom way too much - It's a good thing that's Jason died. It caused fandom to oppen their eyes that Jason isn't bad charcter without which HoO would be way better. - Not all oryginal original art are total disaster
I also think the fandom hate on Octavian for stupid reason. A lot of people hate on him because he killed Percys Panda (I know the joke) and not that he black mail Hazel and maybe also killed Gwen (which didn´t made anysense cuz Octavian is very loyal to the romans but Riordan just wanted Octavian look bad)
I actually don’t really care about the pillow pet thing it’s just that even besides him being a really annoying character he doesn’t really have much of a reason or an arch for being a little brat. Not that Uncle Rick had enough time to give Octavian a character arch, he was already working on the development of 7 protagonists. I just think even besides Him being annoying and unlikable he doesn’t have much of a reason for it witch in my own opinion makes him a worse character than he already is.

I actually think that the 7 had good development. It may have been a little iffy in some areas but but I think Rick did a great job conveying the arch’s of most of his protagonists he just did a terrible job with Octavian. That being said he’s not terrible at writing villains, I think he did an absolutely extraordinary job with Luke in the first series
First opinion - so true! Jason and Percy are totally different. Even at the end of the Heroes of Olympus, Jason is a total rule follower and, to be honest, a little too perfect (if you haven't figured it out, I really don't like Jason). Percy, on the other hand, is an awesome, witty rebel that isn't perfect, but that's a great thing. Also, it's not that I think Solangelo was rushed (it's my second favorite Rick Riordan relationship, though nothing beats Percabeth for me), but I just wish us readers goto some more background information or got to see the evolution of their relationship. I mean, Will barely existed in the series until Will and Nico started dating, so I would have much rather read an in-between part about how their relationship began after the Heroes of Olympus, but before the Trials of Apollo. Oh my gosh, Percy definitely has a personality, and I'm not just saying that because I have a giant Percy Jackson obsession. Like I said above, he isn't perfect at everything, which personally makes him much more likable than Jason. I really like the Heroes of Olympus, and Percy is super cool in it, but I think he seemed about as young as he was at the beginning of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I just wish Rick Riordan had made him a little more responsible and, I agree, a little more knowledgable and wise (not to say that Rick Riordan isn't a good author, he's one of my favorite people in the world). I do believe that Percy is the most powerful demigod, but I also think Hazel is a close second. I mean, Percy can control any liquid (maybe even blood - sorry, Avatar: The Last Airbender reference), make hurricanes, breathing underwater, and talk to horse-like animals and fish. Hazel, though, can control tunnels, and control precious gems and metals (sorry if I missed anything). These are both super cool and powerful characters, but Percy comes first for me. Sorry for such a long comment, I don't get to talk about this stuff that much, and I have A LOT to say.
Unpopular opinions (just my subjective): Rachel is one of the best PJO characters for me. Annabeth is overrated. And also Percabeth. Caleo is a great ship. And Calypso is underrated. Jason and Piper don't make a great couple, but he wouldn't go well with Reyna either. Solangelo is actually overrated. I love this ship, but....people usually see Will as the only person who helped Nico to move on, while actually mostly Hazel, Jason and Reyna did it. And also Percy, in some way. Nico had to learn to love himself fist to learn to love Will.
personally I hate Jiper. It's literally based off of fake memories and I'm glad they broke up. And I agree, i don't dislike Caleo, i don't understand the hate. I'm also afraid that with more Will and Nico moments, it will become the stereotypical sunshine with darkness template and te fans will completely ruin a dynamic that could have been more complex

Thank you! I absolutely agree. Frank can simply shape shift to meet his needs in battle. Also, let’s not forget the fact that he had so much power that his lifeline was a piece of firewood. Also, in Tyrant’s Tomb (TOA) he ends up being crucial in defeating the villains. Can you tell Frank is my favorite character?
Unpopular opinion: Percy is not the most powerful, a lot of people like to point out the human body is made up of 70% water, and he can control that. (demigods are probably similar) He's the son of Poseidon, who's the god of the seas. The only time we've seen him control something that's not completely water is in Tartarus, where the limits of what he can do are twisted. He's not a freaking blood bender, Go watch Avatar season 3 if you wanna see someone control blood

I feel like Reyna would be a big contender for most powerful. She can take energy from other, and can give it to others. It's why she became a leader so quick, she can controll armies. But other than that I can see why you think Hazel is most powerful.
I think percy is the most powerful demigod has he can do blood manipulation and control all liquids. This was shown in the house of hades when he was choking a goddess.
While comparing people compare what percy can do and what hazel and nico could do. The points about better training and increased stamina are only applied to one side of the debate. They would compare their strongest feats with percys regular powers. Erupting a volcano at 14 that displaced half a million people and freed a giant captured by all the gods? Creating waves as tall as a glacier and washing away a camp as big as camp Jupiter? Beating a god and his army in his domain? Overturning a goddesss domain against her?lifting the sky?surviving the styx?supreesing the flames of hyperion with a hurricane of his making in the middle of newyork?summoning water to clean the stables?destroying the bridge?
I know I’m late but, I think Leo is the most powerful. He can literally summon fire and he doesn’t need to be in a certain place to do it. Sure, he probably can’t when he’s underwater (unless I’ve missed something) but he also has his tool belt and the ability of being able to build something with anything. You can literally give him seaweed and a pebble and he’ll probably make a useful working catapult. And with his belt where he can pull just about any tool, he can make some pretty neat stuff. He built a fully functioning good instrument while talking to Apollo without even looking or thinking. Plus, out of the ocean he could burn a house down easily. In The Dark Prophecy, he literally saves Meg and Lester from freezing to death by catching himself on fire and providing warmth. Plus with his math skills and the Archimedes Sphere, he can use technical stuff to outwit people and cause explosions etc. he also rebuilt festus inside the Argo II, a sixty foot dragon y’all. While having to control a boat as well. And he built a flying ship in what? Six months? Leo with his fire, building skills, and sphere, is probably the most powerful demigod out of the seven. Jason isn't "Roman Percy". Jason is Percy's foil. A foil is a literary device in which you have characters similar enough to compare them and see the contrasts between them. This foil does a great job at highlighting Percy's wit and unconventional talent because it's being compared to Jason's levelheadedness and strict Roman ideals. She did exactly what Rick wanted her to when she listed all the ways that Percy and Jason are opposites
Thinking about Percy's powers, I don't think he would be defeated. Maybe by Nico or Jason, but with luck and advantage. It's just... he has a lot of different powers. it's almost unffair, because it seems like the other big3 children get just something. I mean, Jason is good at controlling the winds, but not as great as Thalia with the lightning, Nico has those powers over death and Hazel over metals. But Percy can do pretty much everything poseidon has to offer, i feel. He has done a lot. Water, earthquakes, tornadoes... now he can control body fluids too apparently, and has several other special abilities. Also he is a great warrior and has a lot of battle experience. I feel like he was built overpower hahaha then in HoO Rick changed his mind, but it was just too late. This is just my opinion, I didn't mean to bash on any of the characters. And English is not my first language, so I'm always afraid of sounding rude...

Percy uses the water from himself, like at the volcano, he was able to make it explode. Now granted that he almost disengarated himself, but that shows that he can do stuff outside of water.
My opinions on the unpopular opinions - Percy and Jason are not versions of each other, they are incredibly different in dozens of ways - I do actually think that in the end Luke was a hero in the end but he wasn’t redeemed at all, he did a lot of bad things and him being heroic in the very end doesn’t make up for that but he still was heroic at the very end. - Solangelo was not rushed at all and I hate how people compare Caleo and Solangelo. I mean Caleo kissed within a week of knowing each other, but Solangelo had 6 months of development and we’re friends for a while but ended up confessing their feelings to each other. - Percy is not a Gray Stu, I hear people say this about him a lot actually and it’s weird (mainly people who aren’t very into the series), he has so many flaws and they are actually important to his character development. - Hazel actually might be (in my opinion) she does have a lot of powers that make her pretty strong, but I would say she is tied with Nico and Percy for me.
Don't forget Frank and Reyna when we're talking about powerful demigods! My man Frank is an archer, a leader, and a shapeshifter who can fight like a swarm of bees. Reyna can lend people her strength, she has incredible willpower, and awesome leadership skills. Also, Percy can control liquids, talk to horses and sea creatures, and he's naturally good at sword fighting. He is the son of the Earthshaker, so he could learn how to do more with that.
Frank is the most powerful demigod. He can fly, breathe underwater, turn invisible(small bugs), breathe fire (dragons)... by those he’s already more powerful than Jason and Percy- and easily than most of the others. Also, are we not going to talk about fictional and mythological animals..? Also, if this dude can turn into dragons what’s stopping him from turning into a freakingT-Rex? extinct animals??? no?? I do think that Hazel could be as powerful bc of the mist tho... In conclusion: Frazel is a power couple.
Just to prove that Percy is the strongest half no matter what you say Gaia wanted Percy's blood to wake her and Annabeth's if you talk about it. He blocked bullets from a gun which Jason could not even see which means he is faster at the end of the day, he fought in almost every battle and war and in the attack on the cross camp Chiron kept him close so he could send him to the most dangerous place He is fireproof (to some extent) and strong enough to take a March kick to fly twenty yards without breaking bones, as well as snatching a blow from Atlas who said he was lurking for a junior war, and the King of Giants which made him only bleed from his nose He has so far demonstrated the strongest endurance, the highest speed, a very strong fighting spirit, and the knowledge of how to do what needs to be done when needed. Fighting with a sword is pretty much first place (Syrian to anyone who thinks Jason above him is much faster than him with a sword and the only reason Jason managed to defeat Midas' son is because he used a course he didn't know and on the other hand defeated prizes {without using water} dozens Roman halves grabbing the flag) There is almost no one in the seven who can take it one on one, with the use of Piper powers might but can only if her will prevails over the other's (this has been said several times) and Percy has a very strong will. Hazel can control the earth and magic but she uses them only for deception so I believe Percy will win, Leo if you take down the dragon he is only halved without many strong abilities that can protect him and it has already been written that Percy scares him to death Frank can change shape but without the March blessing it takes time and he can get injured (the battle against Kilgula) Annabeth is very strong and smart but Percy is a much better fighter than her and if he attacks her she will be defeated Nico is very strong this is true with Hazel it is said that he is stronger than Jason but she does not know what will happen if he fights if Percy, and after all his forces have limitations and Percy will be able to defeat him in my opinion. (In his case I have no proof but Percy has proven himself enough times as a supreme warrior) And finally again Gaia wanted his blood as a force to wake her up and she took probably the strongest half of all time then

correction - Percy is great at reading other people - unless what they're feeling or thinking is about him. question - how do you explain the explosion of Mt. Saint Helen if Percy has to have some source of water to use his powers? SPOILERS I didn't think Luke was a hero definition of a hero someone who is good and saves the day like everyone else except him and Ethan were heros. My opinion: I think he was a villan. Yes. She joined the hunters because of selfishness then Nico got mad at her and to make him less mad she grabbed a god statue when they were told not to which led to her death. Her getting into the robot to disarm it was noble but it never would've happened if she didn't take the statue in the first place. And even bianca knows that it was her fault.

With that in mind Jason, who has the most amount of training out of all of the seven, takes the W. Think about it, this guy was raised by Lupa, who definitely trained him, he joined CJ and was good enough to become Praetor. Let's say he started training at the age of 6, that's still over a decade of training he has under his belt, compared to Hazel's few months, Percy's five (six?) Summers, etc. Not to mention he is also a Child of the Big 3.
Now what about Annabeth, you say. Well Annabeth ran away from home at age seven, so by that we can say she started training at seven. Now the deciding factor becomes the type of training and the abilities. Since Annabeth has a lack of special abilities, I'd say that bumps her down a bit. But I would say she's a very close second. Intelligence like hers is nothing to sneeze at.

My unpopular opinion is that a character dying, such as Luke, shouldn't be what makes them a good character, it is the laziest way to possibly write a redemption arc. It shouldn't erase everything a character did throughout their life
My unpopular opinions:
- Octavian is hated by fandom way too much
- It's a good thing that's Jason died. It caused fandom to oppen their eyes that Jason isn't bad charcter without which HoO would be way better.

I actually don’t really care about the pillow pet thing it’s just that even besides him being a really annoying character he doesn’t really have much of a reason or an arch for being a little brat. Not that Uncle Rick had enough time to give Octavian a character arch, he was already working on the development of 7 protagonists. I actually think that the 7 had good development. It may have been a little iffy in some areas but but I think Rick did a great job conveying the arch’s of most of his protagonists he just did a terrible job with Octavian. That being said he’s not terrible at writing villains, I think he did an absolutely extraordinary job with Luke in the first series
First opinion - so true! Jason and Percy are totally different. Even at the end of the Heroes of Olympus, Jason is a total rule follower and, to be honest, a little too perfect (if you haven't figured it out, I really don't like Jason). Percy, on the other hand, is an awesome, witty rebel that isn't perfect, but that's a great thing.
Also, it's not that I think Solangelo was rushed (it's my second favorite Rick Riordan relationship, though nothing beats Percabeth for me), but I just wish us readers goto some more background information or got to see the evolution of their relationship. I mean, Will barely existed in the series until Will and Nico started dating, so I would have much rather read an in-between part about how their relationship began after the Heroes of Olympus, but before the Trials of Apollo.
Oh my gosh, Percy definitely has a personality, and I'm not just saying that because I have a giant Percy Jackson obsession. Like I said above, he isn't perfect at everything, which personally makes him much more likable than Jason.
I really like the Heroes of Olympus, and Percy is super cool in it, but I think he seemed about as young as he was at the beginning of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I just wish Rick Riordan had made him a little more responsible and, I agree, a little more knowledgable and wise (not to say that Rick Riordan isn't a good author, he's one of my favorite people in the world).
I do believe that Percy is the most powerful demigod, but I also think Hazel is a close second. I mean, Percy can control any liquid (maybe even blood - sorry, Avatar: The Last Airbender reference), make hurricanes, breathing underwater, and talk to horse-like animals and fish. Hazel, though, can control tunnels, and control precious gems and metals (sorry if I missed anything). These are both super cool and powerful characters, but Percy comes first for me.

Annabeth is overrated. And also Percabeth.
Caleo is a great ship. And Calypso is underrated.
Jason and Piper don't make a great couple, but he wouldn't go well with Reyna either.
Solangelo is actually overrated. I love this ship, but....people usually see Will as the only person who helped Nico to move on, while actually mostly Hazel, Jason and Reyna did it. And also Percy, in some way. Nico had to learn to love himself fist to learn to love Will.
personally I hate Jiper. It's literally based off of fake memories and I'm glad they broke up. And I agree, i don't dislike Caleo, i don't understand the hate. I'm also afraid that with more Will and Nico moments, it will become the stereotypical sunshine with darkness template and te fans will completely ruin a dynamic that could have been more complex

Unpopular opinion: Percy is not the most powerful, a lot of people like to point out the human body is made up of 70% water, and he can control that. (demigods are probably similar) He's the son of Poseidon, who's the god of the seas. The only time we've seen him control something that's not completely water is in Tartarus, where the limits of what he can do are twisted. He's not a freaking blood bender, Go watch Avatar season 3 if you wanna see someone control blood

I know I’m late but,
I think Leo is the most powerful. He can literally summon fire and he doesn’t need to be in a certain place to do it. Sure, he probably can’t when he’s underwater (unless I’ve missed something) but he also has his tool belt and the ability of being able to build something with anything. You can literally give him seaweed and a pebble and he’ll probably make a useful working catapult. And with his belt where he can pull just about any tool, he can make some pretty neat stuff. He built a fully functioning good instrument while talking to Apollo without even looking or thinking. Plus, out of the ocean he could burn a house down easily. In The Dark Prophecy, he literally saves Meg and Lester from freezing to death by catching himself on fire and providing warmth. Plus with his math skills and the Archimedes Sphere, he can use technical stuff to outwit people and cause explosions etc. he also rebuilt festus inside the Argo II, a sixty foot dragon y’all. While having to control a boat as well. And he built a flying ship in what? Six months?
Leo with his fire, building skills, and sphere, is probably the most powerful demigod out of the seven.

Jason isn't "Roman Percy". Jason is Percy's foil. A foil is a literary device in which you have characters similar enough to compare them and see the contrasts between them. This foil does a great job at highlighting Percy's wit and unconventional talent because it's being compared to Jason's levelheadedness and strict Roman ideals. She did exactly what Rick wanted her to when she listed all the ways that Percy and Jason are opposites
Thinking about Percy's powers, I don't think he would be defeated. Maybe by Nico or Jason, but with luck and advantage. It's just... he has a lot of different powers. it's almost unffair, because it seems like the other big3 children get just something. I mean, Jason is good at controlling the winds, but not as great as Thalia with the lightning, Nico has those powers over death and Hazel over metals. But Percy can do pretty much everything poseidon has to offer, i feel. He has done a lot. Water, earthquakes, tornadoes... now he can control body fluids too apparently, and has several other special abilities. Also he is a great warrior and has a lot of battle experience. I feel like he was built overpower hahaha then in HoO Rick changed his mind, but it was just too late.

Percy uses the water from himself, like at the volcano, he was able to make it explode. Now granted that he almost disengarated himself, but that shows that he can do stuff outside of water.
My Unpopular opinion: Frazel is super creepy. In SON Hazel's 13 and Frank is 16... they end up together by the end of the book.

My opinions on the unpopular opinions
- Percy and Jason are not versions of each other, they are incredibly different in dozens of ways
- I do actually think that in the end Luke was a hero in the end but he wasn’t redeemed at all, he did a lot of bad things and him being heroic in the very end doesn’t make up for that but he still was heroic at the very end.
- Solangelo was not rushed at all and I hate how people compare Caleo and Solangelo. I mean Caleo kissed within a week of knowing each other, but Solangelo had 6 months of development and we’re friends for a while but ended up confessing their feelings to each other.
- Percy is not a Gray Stu, I hear people say this about him a lot actually and it’s weird (mainly people who aren’t very into the series), he has so many flaws and they are actually important to his character development.
- Hazel actually might be (in my opinion) she does have a lot of powers that make her pretty strong, but I would say she is tied with Nico and Percy for me.
Don't forget Frank and Reyna when we're talking about powerful demigods! My man Frank is an archer, a leader, and a shapeshifter who can fight like a swarm of bees. Reyna can lend people her strength, she has incredible willpower, and awesome leadership skills. Also, Percy can control liquids, talk to horses and sea creatures, and he's naturally good at sword fighting. He is the son of the Earthshaker, so he could learn how to do more with that.
Frank is the most powerful demigod. He can fly, breathe underwater, turn invisible(small bugs), breathe fire (dragons)... by those he’s already more powerful than Jason and Percy- and easily than most of the others. Also, are we not going to talk about fictional and mythological animals..? Also, if this dude can turn into dragons what’s stopping him from turning into a freakingT-Rex? extinct animals??? no?? I do think that Hazel could be as powerful bc of the mist tho...
In conclusion: Frazel is a power couple.

He is fireproof (to some extent) and strong enough to take a March kick to fly twenty yards without breaking bones, as well as snatching a blow from Atlas who said he was lurking for a junior war, and the King of Giants which made him only bleed from his nose
He has so far demonstrated the strongest endurance, the highest speed, a very strong fighting spirit, and the knowledge of how to do what needs to be done when needed. Fighting with a sword is pretty much first place (Syrian to anyone who thinks Jason above him is much faster than him with a sword and the only reason Jason managed to defeat Midas' son is because he used a course he didn't know and on the other hand defeated prizes {without using water} dozens Roman halves grabbing the flag)
There is almost no one in the seven who can take it one on one, with the use of Piper powers might but can only if her will prevails over the other's (this has been said several times) and Percy has a very strong will.
Hazel can control the earth and magic but she uses them only for deception so I believe Percy will win, Leo if you take down the dragon he is only halved without many strong abilities that can protect him and it has already been written that Percy scares him to death
Frank can change shape but without the March blessing it takes time and he can get injured (the battle against Kilgula)
Annabeth is very strong and smart but Percy is a much better fighter than her and if he attacks her she will be defeated
Nico is very strong this is true with Hazel it is said that he is stronger than Jason but she does not know what will happen if he fights if Percy, and after all his forces have limitations and Percy will be able to defeat him in my opinion. (In his case I have no proof but Percy has proven himself enough times as a supreme warrior)
And finally again Gaia wanted his blood as a force to wake her up and she took probably the strongest half of all time then

Yes. She joined the hunters because of selfishness then Nico got mad at her and to make him less mad she grabbed a god statue when they were told not to which led to her death. Her getting into the robot to disarm it was noble but it never would've happened if she didn't take the statue in the first place. And even bianca knows that it was her fault.
