I took my model as a successful freelancer into my company which I think is very similar to what you are describing in this video as a solo agency. The system works, especially with automations and the tool mindset. Keep it lean and mean!
I just started up my LLC and I have this friend, who says hey, learn vanilla code, which I did but time wise it is far less efficient. Always says hey, AI will replace you and I would always say, look bro, people still ask me how to fix their network after Xfinity swapped out their router, I think I'm good 😂 I'll even explain to them to just match up ssid and password and they look at me like just spoke some kind of ancient dialect 😂
