in these cases what you must do is barkskin so that the aoe damage from barkskin(needs to be talented) hits around the flag, you can also use incapacitating roar, thrash, swipe
@@cassandracunningham9114 if you know you are going to be double hit then you need to sit on the flag in bear form (not cat form has to be bear) this way when you get sapped you can trinket into barkskin and stop the spin. by this time you should have already let your team know you are being hit and they should be on there way. as a general rule of thumb you should be relying on your team mates to stop attacks on your base, particularly if there are two people hitting your base. If your team cannot get to you in 30 seconds then it is not your fault you lost the base.
None of these really work vs rogue because of the shadowy duel tho? Low cr maybe. Rogue shadow step duel u while getting capped on for free. Its better to sit right on the flag so u can aoe through duel? And or barkskin.
Smoke bomb doesn’t last long enough to stop a cap unless they are double hitting you and he drops the smoke bomb 2 seconds into the cap which should have given you enough time to get the moon fire off in the first place. Also if you are being double hit GL holding the base in the first place so overall a non issue really

They work fine at high cr I used these tricks to 2400+
