I stopped vaping 4 days ago, and started using nicotine salt pouches. I personally don’t care about the negative effects of nicotine alone, but more the lung damage vaporizers cause. These pouches are also 1/8th the cost of vaping, and they taste infinitely better. I’m a construction worker with insomnia and a laundry list of mental health problems so nicotine just makes life 5 times easier. I tell my little brothers how much of a scam nicotine is though, and that I’ll kick their ass if they get addicted to it 😂

IMO his thumbnails aren't as engaging as lets say, chainsfr. chains is a main staple in success in this genre. zeros most viewed video has popping colors from the bags of food he his holding. also i think the pacing has something to do with it too, zero has great effects but his pacing is not as good as other channels: for example 0:50, he cuts himself off. and sound design, chains does underlying effects IE shoes squeaking or a door closing while zero has less sound effects 1:08 could have added light keyboard sounds, 1:13 flushing toilet or 1:52 a water splashing effect. zero has a good blend of real clips and animated clips. its not like zero is bad at all

I've been on and off since 2019 and consistently on for about a year and a half. Been lowering my nicotine as I wait for life to die down a little bit so the withdrawals don't kill what I have going. This is my second time lowering my nicotine within that year and a half and I just moved from salt nic to freebase. I'll most likely be off before this year ends. I would have quit a day ago when I bought expired juice from a small shop with no returns; but with two weeks left in this semester and a lot to get done while working 20 hours, the withdrawals even a day away were breaking me down to a dysfunctional state. It's a difficult but worthwhile journey and I hope y'all within this comment were able quit or get to a point where you are able to quit. Being dependent on something is no fun.
When I was in secondary school (sometime before vaping was a thing), some of the students bought the cheapest and strongest cigarettes that they can lay their hands on before school or during interval/lunch break and they have a smoke at the bus stop that was right next to the convenience store across the street from the secondary school and they come into class smelling like cigarette smoke and you can smell them from 2-3 metres away. This was the time when teens around 16 year olds can legally buy a packet of cigarettes.
I’ll be honest , I was a sophomore in high school when Juuls popped off . I got hooked up from a neighbor/friend who was 18. Most people who juuled were trynna b cool . Now about half a decade later still addicted, how cool right?

my school made a redesign of the toilets. there were separate rooms that had enough space to put your bag, and sit down. this made patrolling the toilets to catch vapers more easily
