Hmm I'm not sure. I'm playing on Switch so it's possible that I tapped a button or moved my joystick around. Could you try that?

How do I get past webs?

Some webs can be cleared with the torch item if they are blocking your path. If you get hit by a spider's active web, I believe it just takes a few seconds to release you, or you might have to move around a bit or tap an action button to release it. Does that help?

@Let's Stay Home wheres the torch and the game just crashed after i went home then went back out at night.

@@ofthedawn The lantern (torch) is found near the end of the Supra Temple. You may have to remember where you've seen webs and come back to explore that area after you get the lantern.

It's actually much better than when it was first released! You get used to its limited functionality, just don't plan on relying on it
