When Mahama was president, were you watching the program? When things were falling apart during Mahama's tenure as president, he hosted the show as though he didn't know how to speak. Dr. Randy Abbey, please be reminded to keep this video recording. In case Okudzeto's party comes to power, and he is made a minister, this video will be played back to him as evidence of his hypocrisy. I used to admire him. I was an ardent admirer of his support for the Akosombo Dam spillage victims until I discovered his self-interests and his angling of the situation to fit into his presidential aspiration. His hypocrisy will come to light very soon. I wish him well in his aspirations. 👋

You could have challenged the minister with your facts, listen to his responses and allow the audience to judge. When you become over-emotional about an issue, that's what happens. @@Kwame848 I’m quite familiar with the phrase, sir. It’s basically leveraging one’s opportunity or position to advocate a personal agenda. It’s still a contemptuous statement to use for a chairman when in fact, the issues Okudzeto raised were based on assurances that the office of the minister had given to parliament. In any case, it is Oppong Nkrumah who used the opportunity to bring up the issue of the soldiers. Your point is moot. The fact that you claim that Okudzeto is using his platform to merely haul ministers before him to advance his causes clearly means you have no idea how the assurances committee works. These are promises they themselves made to Parliament. Can he do anything outside that scope? No. In that case, is his platform being used as a bully pulpit? That would be a sentimental take. You’re ignoring the fact that if the assurances had been met, they wouldn’t need to be ‘hauled’ before Parliament

When you appear before a committee, you shouldn't see the members there are colleagues. They are your "bosses" who you are to answer to. After the committee sitting, you are back to being colleagues. Would KON respond as he did if it was Nana Addo asking him about the victims? No. But he sees Ablakwa (as chairman) as his colleague.
All these will not happen if we stopped the nonsense of appointing ministers from parliament. Let parliament do it's work free of influence

@@curtarnoldsbam you have said it all. So all this past year what was the ministry doing or they have invested the money so latter they use the capital for the project n the rest for their pockets. Aaahhh ur fellow humans not by any fault of theirs but ur own r sleeping in tents. U want to cash out on them. This government is very wicked n every day they show it more n more
