Pick some songs in English that you like and sing along. Watch movies in English and try to mimic the lines or dialogs in a real scenario. Think in English instead of Burmese. Once you start speaking English in your dream, it's good enough to communicate. Like dee dee said, try working as a waiter, have friends who you can only communicate in English. Try sleeping dictionary (date a girl or a guy who is a native English speaker). Debate with your native speaker on a subject that you know well and try to come out as a winner. Don't worry about the accent, just be original and annunciate. Be proud that Burmese accent is unique and like no other.
