there's just something about aggressive mono red decks. im a control mage at heart but there's something so fun about having a hand full of fire and only a few turns to win :)
Hmm raptor seems like too big of a gamble . So we need to minimize the chance of bad flips. If on gruul maybe druid is better . If on strict red u need the value engine raptor provides. So maybe cut the other energy cards ( I'm not big on them) and - 2 mutagenics and add like 4 wrenns resolve for card selection and it's sorcery for delirium and the rest maybe tarfire or even play with fire ? More burn spells will always target opponents face flipped with raptor and a free scry effect doesn't seem so bad dunno ..
unstable amulet is just NOT a good card in decks without consistent energy creation cards. It needs cards like attune with aether, tune the narrative, dynavolt tower, and more for it to ever be more than "2 mana: draw a card, maybe deal 1 damage to the opponent, MAYBE draw a second card much later. If you have multiples, perhaps deal an extra point of damage or two."
This deck can do a lot of damage with amulet, passive is strong here Raptor/discharge prob too weak to be worth it in prowess but it's not necessarily a problem that its like a cantrip + bolt most of the time
I feel validated hearing you say you don't like Soul-scar mage. Ive always felt it was the weakest card in the deck and really do not like playing it at all. The card is bad.
in the 2nd game against orzhov scam you had lethal, 1 damage from lava dart, cast dart from grave for 1 more damage and 1 damage from the amulet, cast mutagenic growth, 3 prowess triggers, attack with both creatures for a total of 11 dmg exactly (if they had nothing in hand)
Yay mono red prowess! Good luck at Pro Tour MH3 Mengu!!!
I agree with most of the cards Mengu "dislikes" ,but for some reason, I like mutagenic growth.
I'm a gut shot man myself. Always the card that I go, "if only I had a gut shot" lol.
@@milo8425Mutagenic growth can also be used to save a creature from lightning bolt and has the upside of 1 more damage. Although more risky
Yeah it's definitely good against red removal or - based removal but kill cards are strong against it
@@ranger3925 mutagenic growth is good against bolt, but pretty terrible against galvanic discharge which is heavily played now
respect to mutagenic lovers. i'd rather replace it with Pillar of Flame to remove Young Wolf 😅
I like this deck because its pretty affordable except cowboy bird and fetches. I also like the goyf idea

Built this as well, deck is definetly looking fun!
That storm deck is nuts! You think this or the Boros energy is better?
Boros energy for sure check my latest videos (i do once a day) there s a lot of energy videos
Ruby Storm is crayzeee
Best deck
i think light up the stage is better than amulet in that specific build...it helps also with delirium, since the deck has no sorceries...
Unstable amulet is legit; it's just that energy isn't. Yet. A few more energy sets might get it there for a minute one day.
6:58 i think you could argue pyro/hydroblast to be not necessarily too good, but too homogenizing
I’m going to copy this list, but trade 2 growths for 2 abundant harvest.
Love you!

Triggers off dart, breach, raptor, showoff plotted

21:15 I think blocking here and using dart to kill Grief w/ the first strike damage would have won this game.
Grief has menace
@@farrellchandipujokusumo8814 thanks for pointing that out, I was wondering!

I feel like the raptor would be better in 8 whack or something
Andrea didnt want to play Ral Combo?
I played every deck veedeo are coming out in the next days

first game*
@@LuizHenriqueMarsonSardiJunior If you cast Lava Dart, it gets exiled by the Dauthi, so you can't cast it from the graveyard.
I feel like an arena of glory would be safe. Means hasty jegantha
Jegantha is barely ever relevant and arena has the potential to make some hands worse due to it entering tapped. It just isn't worth the risk
The reason I like to play the Boros energy is so I can (Boom//) Bust all over my opponents.
This deck does not look like a prowess any more
Fourth ! 4️⃣
