Inside the tower is a karakuri doll that operates with precision electronic equipment, symbolizing the city's continued development as a city of high-tech industries. The karakuri dolls play fairy tale-like melodies reminiscent of Western European street organs along with the music box every hour on the hour from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. 岡谷年に数回行くので見ようっと。ちなみに諏訪セイコーが有るからでしょうかね？でも銀座にある人形たちより可愛いし、歯車のギミックも素晴らしい。今のメジャーセイコー路線とは何か違う感じ。オルゴール部は本物だとしたら凄い代物だ。
