Hi, this vedio helps a lot when I get to know the ddPCR technology. I have been reading the material "Droplet Digital PCR Application Guide", and I noticed in sample preparation part, we need to "digest in the lowest possible volume and mix with water before adding the digested DNA to the reaction mix." Is it mean that the sample need a pre digestion before adding to the reaction mix. I am wondering whether a pre digestion of the DNA sample is needed. Or I can just add the enzyme to the reaction mix with no need to incubate as shown in the slides.
