DIY hair mask:
Queen Helen (Super) Cholesterol
1 Egg
Olive Oil (I don't measure, but you want mixture to be smooth and not too liquidy)
Mix ingredients together and smooth all through hair dry hair from roots to ends. Use mask BEFORE washing your hair. Leave mask in hair 30 minutes under a hooded dryer or 1 hour without. I do this mask once a month. Rinse out and follow with shampoo & conditioner.

FINALLY someone who understands my relaxed hair philosophy. I use repairing products to contribute to caring for my hair before it gets damaged. I believe in being proactive not reactive after the damage has been done. Have you ever used hair botox? I subscribed to your page.
Yess it makes sense that we would use products that protect our hair by treating it like it’s more damaged than it is! Proactive instead of reactive. Especially because ai have a relaxer! I haven’t tried hair Botox, but I’m going to look into it! Thanks so much! And thanks for subscribing 🥰🥰❤️

Keiko, thank you so much for sharing your trades and secrets of having long, healthy, RELAXED hair. There is this stigma that you cannot have healthy hair but I have been maintaining length and good hair health with my relaxed hair. I am definitely going to look into some of these products. Ah you are so so welcome! I am always happy to share with you all. I HATE the stigma about relaxed hair. I understand some of it, because health is what matters first and all these chemicals aren't the healthiest, buttttt we have to let people do what they want and not place judgment!!! Hello, stop it when you are old and retired. Slow your role lol. Any way I’m in that category . I have used queen Helene in the past. I now have locs and I’m afraid it will relaxed my locs and come undone, thanks for sharing. Queen Helene is a good product. 💕😊

Ahhh yes some have asked me about this treatment in locs and I’m not sure. I can imagine having your locs come undone would be the worst outcome for sure. The curls are everything 😍 I love the adwoa deep conditioner!! It’s a forever buy for me!! I noticed a difference immediately….I’m natural and this made my hair is so easy to detangle!! The olaplex oil is really well too it’s part of my newer lineup of products and I’m loving it. I need to try these bonnets ✨

You shared a few items that sound very interesting. I'm currently trying a line from a hair care professional that I found here on TH-cam. I have the entire Olaplex line that I did enjoy but I experienced a lot of thinning so I'm trying something new. I still use the no. 7 because I love it. It is weightless and leaves a nice sheen. I recently purchased a T3 and it's ok, but I too have a GHD that has stood the test of time! (Definitely worth the 💰😉) Your hair is lush and beautiful! Tfs

@@KeikoBeauty I’m not sure that the Olaplex is responsible for my thinning issues because I am a woman of a certain age 🤫 but I wanted to try different products to see if I experience the same problem. The hair that was left after Olaplex treatments was soft and manageable, but I have very thin strands so I don’t have any to spare! 🤦🏾♀️

Hi Love! I definitely use the Olaplex Bonding Oil. It's really good. I'm natural, but I like to do silk presses on my hair. I also use the Adwoa Conditioner because of the many videos I've watched of yours. ❤️

Ahh yess thank you so so much!! We are very similar for sure. Now, I don't do too much to care for my grey hair though. It's pretty low maintenance (at least right now). I do use a purple shampoo from matrix! That helps maintain it's vibrancy!!

I absolutely love that Olaplex oil, I bought it during the Sephora sale😊. It's been a while, but I did try the hair mask and the way it makes your hair feel is INCREDIBLE ❤ You talked about it a year or so ago, and I'm so glad I tried it. TFS, have you heard of or tried the WOW product for straightening the hair? If so what are your thoughts?
The Olaplex Oil is truly a winner! I've started using the system too and I'm enjoying that as well!! Yesss I love that the hair mask works for you as well!! I have heard of the WOW products for straightening hair, but I haven't tried them. I have tried the hair sunscreen though lol. Maybe I should give them a try! Do you like them?!
@@KeikoBeauty yes, I tried the WOW for curly hair and for straightening as well. I would love to hear your thoughts if and when you do try them. The one for straightening made my hair extremely soft😉😁

Hi lovely, I’m great thank you! Yes i would suggest a thin silk scrunchie! That’s what I use as a ponytail holder. Slip makes some great ones!

just like you and I’ve been using a kids relaxer/texturizer kit from when I was a kid and my mom relaxed my hair but I’m starting to notice that anytime I retouch my hair, it starts cutting and breaking so bad and the relaxer burns before I even finish application. Do you mind sharing which relaxer you use please? Thanks for your help

Thank you Liz! Sure thing, yes after I wash my hair I add all the products one by one except the Olaplex Oil. I use that last when my hair is straightened! Hope this helps!! 💕

I just relaxed my hair after losing it all to covid in 2021. I'm back at BSL but I wanted to know if you've ever used the Olaplex #3 and if so how often did you use it? Once a month, once every other month or only after/before a relaxer?
I hope your hair is back healthy and thriving now. I hate how many lasting effects Covid can have. I just started using Olaplex #3 and honestly I loved it at first. But at day 6 my hair started to feel so dry, so I'm not sure how much longer I will use it. I've never experienced this before. I planned to use it about once a month. Since I relax every 4 months, I also planned to use it after a relaxer for sure. But now I am not sure about the Olaplex system. I hear people raving about it, then I hear others say it wrecked havoc on their hair.
@KeikoBeauty Thank you. It's healthier than it has ever been, and i plan to grow it out 😊. I planned to use Olaplex #3 every other week, but I also heard a heavy protein regimen can have a negative impact. I currently use Ouai DC for fine hair, the leave in, and hair oil which is all has protein plus I just ordered Pureology 21 lol so it's looking like just once after a relaxer for me and I'll swap for my protein free DC. Thanks for the great videos❤️
