the best thing I did for my healing was listen to you, buy your books and take your courses! therapy, safe relationships deeply helped but your channel was the last thing I needed to work on my mindset and finally love myself so I'm truly grateful 🙏🏾

When she got married we were all getting worried that we were not getting married little did we know that she had a shorter life span on earth so her timing was different from the rest of us.

I've been so overwhelmed that I have returned to scheduling my daily activities to keep up with my schedule and commitments, I felt guilty scheduling time on my calendar to stay in touch with friends and family, but its necessary so I don't take them for granted.
