Is Ghana a good place to live? It is like anywhere else. You have to consider all the factors. I'm from and live in the U.S. A good friend of my niece lives in a resort community in Ghana. I personally have been to Ghana many times. I have been to places there like Accra, Cape Coast, Kumasi, and Sunyani. I only experienced one problem with someone who tried to snatch my camera from me while I was a passenger in a taxi...that experience was unreal...goes to show the audacity of some people. The cab driver immediately jumped out of the cab with a baseball bat and chased the guy. And no, the guy did not get my camera, nevertheless, I thought it was admirable of the driver to uphold my safety while I was a passenger in his taxi.
First time commenting on your channel having just seen an interview you did with Mr Nimo in Kumasi. Love what you said in this video about God being your higher self and always aspiring to be that- worth adopting. Blessings from another diasporan who will eventually move to Ghana.
It always a pleasure to watch your videos. It so inspirational! Sometimes here in the USA it makes feel like I’m there in Ghana. But I made a promise to myself I will get there one day. Miss Jasmine your videos are so blessing to me.
Hello darling thanks for sharing your week with me from home, work, exercise , food and above all your spirituality that's amazing. Keep sharing your gift of love and adventure with the world. Love ya and take care. ❤. Watching from the UK 🇬🇧
❤ the way u portrait Ghana👍🏾An awesome way of showing the beautifulness of the people the nature and way of living without embellishment. Go go gal✔️ fal✔️✔️✔️✔️
Thank you for sharing such intimate parts of your life as a woman...love love love you and your content ❤ I will be there in December and I'm so excited!
Haven’t been here for a while Jas but coming back, I am falling in love with Ghana and this channel all over again. Something about the ‘Day In My Life’ that I love!
I live in the west and let me tell you, people here in general are godless people. People are so into worldly things and don't take marriage seriously. I wish people here were more like people in Arrica and Asia to name just 2. God bless you all
Tennis and all those other sports/games have been around from the beginning...my family and neighbours belonged to the tennis club when we were growing up. I grew up with all my school mates and kids in our community center, going to play table tennis at our community center after school. We had several hockey abd soccer teams all over the country, every region, playing around the country, competing teams, traveling around the country abd even inter continent. I remember our boys hockey teams traveling to Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Sierra Leone, etc. to compete in hockey and table tennis. There were all theses sports teams from teenagers, to company teams, (we played hockey and soccer against bank of Ghana and Barclay's Bank teams, comnercial bank etc.) around the country, all regions..unfortunately, everything just slowly went away gradually. If only we knew how important all these extra curricula activities are..to our health, our social skills, our sense of community, etc. Such a shame. Something like tennis has stayed but not as strong as before. Where Nkrumah's statie has been mounted across the parliament house today, used to be called the police club, where people played the polo sport with horses. We had a function country! U have to be of a certain age, to know all this. 😢 ooooh Ghana! 😢
Jasmine, great insight, thanks for it. I do not seem to find your seat belt put on properly enough to provide you adequate safety should it be needed-unless I was not seeing well...
the problem you had with swimming was from the water. They most likely added too much chlorine into the pool, and then it burns your skin and eyes. Sorry about that experience though. Nice video as always.
Jasmine, have you considered venturing into films and movies production? I think you should consider it. I believe you would excel at it. You can tell stories in variety of ways.
Thank you for this fantastic video; it makes me want to go back to the roots :-). It reminded me of your videos from when you were on the other continent (Oceania). I drew a parallel because it had the same camera perspectives, but this time in the African continent :-). Congratulations on fulfilling this dream. Keep up the great work!
We enjoyed it paa..Nice to see you doing different stuff. I like the vibe between you and your grandma. She gets mentioned a lot. What's her name? Aisha was so funny at the gym. And oh, pls do a special specifically on your gym sessions wai 😂
I moved out of Ghana a few years ago and I always want to come back to Gh but I’m stuck in between moving to Gh or going back home to Nigeria. But I love Gh the only downside I have is the property prices in ghana are just extreme compared to Nigeria so not sure what to do
Aaww, Ghana/Nigeria, what's the difference anyway. U could go from Ghana to Nigeria in one day abd return. I think u should go back to Ghana, and just travel back home to Nigeria back and forth, if u liked it very much in Ghana, why not. U will be able to get reasonable prices of land or simply built home in Ghana, depending on where u want to live. If u focus too much on Accra, u will really be doing yourself an injustice. Nsawam is only 1hr from Accra, u can live there comfortably, and land is reasonable there. U can live in eastern region comfortably, about 2hrs from Accra. Good luck!
Yooh! How'd? Please try as much as possible and stop eating kenkey with your left hand. It's an insult to us older Ga people. 😅😅love ya Connecticut, USA. in the house.
She is pure Ghanaian, so she definitely knows all the rules, she just chooses to eat with her left hand.. leave her alone. She knows u people will complain about it.
I think it’s to do with the picture orientation (I noticed it when her nose piercing changed position; also the driver’s seat). So she was probably eating with her right hand.

Looks flat and the roads are straight, unlike Kenya with hills and winding roads ...
Good job 🇬🇭,
From 🇰🇪 Kenya
Looking beautiful
Whether is a good place to live or not, people are living and thriving in ghana.
No judgement call. Not every place is for everyone.
So so smartly said.
U kinda resembles Emily a movie character frm the Ghanaian series Yolo✌️
Jasmine, great insight,thanks for it.
I do not seem to find your seat belt put on properly enough to provide you adequate safety should it be needed-unless I was not seeing well...

Do you pay to play the tennis or is it free, and by the way what's Namatse.
It’s usually said at the end of yoga practice.. it translates to ‘the divine in me bows to the divine in you’
Tennis is not free. I pay my trainer x
