I am not sure if this first dance is a traditional Tibetan Gorshay, but I think this is good for your health and looks like physical exercises. I think now all the traditional Tibetan gorshays had been forgotten by these people.

We can call it a contemporary Tibetan dance if naming is important to some folks. The trending Tibetan group dance that brings immense benefits to the younger generations (who are actually in dire needs of some creative engagement venues in the face of ever increasing and powerful influence of TikTok age)a joyful energetic exposure of Tibetan community and well being of individuals involved.
