- After a couple of comfortable days on the farm in La Pastora I left. The improvised basket for Chimo was not safe enough to cycle a lot. Therefore I decided to hitchhike but this was the worst decision ever.

I´m from Caracas, but I´ve always travelled a lot around Venezuela and I know how nice people from the regions are. The teacher reflects it very well.

sin duda alguna que lo mejor y lo único mas bonito que tiene el ser humano es la virtud de ayudar sin compromiso.
Si es bien arriesgado y con esa mascota aun más. Y también estoy de acuerdo con el comentario que hicieron del veterinario, pienso que es muy caro lo que le cobraron. Sin embargo, Dios lo ha acompañado en esta travesía a el y a su bella mascota. Y le doy gracias a todas esas personas que lo han ayudado en este viaje tan largo y desde luego a mi colega profesor por esa bondad que ha tenido con este visitante. Mucha suerte hermano. Saludos.

Repetí 2 veces el video done decia el precio del Kemel 100$ me parece un atraco.. y también vi en el video anterior tuviste que dormir en una casa de familia porque las posadas son muy caras.. lo que mata el turismo es la especulación.
Viveza criolla, en España ocurre similar pero no en turismo sino en la mano de obra, entonces prefieren contratar extranjeros que cobran menos de lo que vale su mano a españoles. El problema es que en países como Venezuela el chavismo intensificó la especulación con la crisis.

I don't like beggars, but if they just ask for food, I can never refuse. It means they really need it, or maybe I'm just too naive. Si me rompio el corazon el señor pidiendo para comer, y al parecer no pudo conseguir nada de nadie en ese momento... Se que es dificil la situacion y entre todo con un granito de arena podemos ayudar a alguien, se que en la calle te topas algunas veces con personas necesitadas una tras otra y se hace imposible ayudarlas a todas, imagino que eso es lo que le pasa al amigo Roger, aparte que viaja de maner muy austera y limitada para rendir los recursos, espero que nuestra situacion mejore para que ningun niño, joven, adulto o señor mayor tenga necesidad de comida..

By staying in Venezuela for so long, what method do you use for money? Do ATM's accept foreign VISA debit/credit cards? Or do you use Western Union for receiving bank transfers?
