I have really enjoyed watching Mehdi. He knows more than the whole PD put together. One thing that triggered me was when one of the officers said that Bobby was detained but not arrested yet. The laws and practices in Los santos are very strange but when a suspect is cuffed and brought to the station they are definitely under arrest. Bobby should be able to sue the PD for this. Before arresting a suspect they need to have all their ducks in a row. This is one of the main reasons the PD is not respected by the people of Los santos.
