- We've been traveling the country for the last 14 months and decided to take our family of 11 around the world. Today is the day we board our overnight flight to Paris and we are so nervous! Will our bags be too heavy? Will we sleep? Will everyone on the plane hate us? Come along and see!

Don't know if anyone else noticed, but Andrew was being a really good brother and entertaining Jude while they were waiting for the other Ubers to get to the airport. And, it was adorable.

Red eyes are the best flights to take to Europe. You land in the morning, try to stay up all day go to bed and then you are on European time!
That's exactly the way to do it! We do it when we go to Europe.
Mike said there wasn't very many hours of darkness..if you leave NY at 11pm what time do you arrive Paris time/US time then?
flying to Paris generally takes about 6-7 hours, but Paris time is also 6 hours ahead of NY. So, let's say you leave NY at 11pm, you would arrive at about 6am NY time, which is noon Paris time.

Oh my goodness, you guys are doing it, can't believe I started watching you 14 months ago because of your RV travels due to fact we are fellow RVers now you guys are in Paris. Impressive house, looks more like a mansion. Glad you guys had a safe flght.
Even raised in a white household Jude has the classic bowl cut all Asian kids(me included!) had as a child I love it
I am a white female and my hair looked exactly like his (except blonde) when I was his age. It's not just an asian thing LOL

When you go between countries in Europe with the sea between them, if you know what I mean. Instead of getting planes use ferrys instead, they are easier because you can access stuff easily, you can walk around, and it's fun to be on deck looking out the sea

You know what's funny, if they will travel for years then Jude will grow up knowing that very well but slowly will forget about America because he is so young right now. So he will know the world just as much as his home

My curiosity has been satisfied! I was so eager to see how the flight and first peek of France would look like. It's going to be incredible!
Yes! That is SO GREAT that you put the little kids in their car seats on the plane! Especially for Jude. It keeps them so much safer in case of turbulence and, as you said, it helps them feel cozy so they will sleep. We kept our daughter in her seat on planes until she was five!
Amazing. I admit I kind of shed a tear when you pulled up the house!!! What an amazing journey and me and my 3 girls loving watching the adventure.

TSA pulled my carry on bag and searched it because of a unopened container of powdered coffee creamer. They had to do tests on it to confirm it was coffee creamer and not drugs.
Simmons Funny Farm i flew with a non contagious type of phenomena and they wanted me to dump my PRESCRIPTION cough syrup because the bottle was too big. I flat out refused and demanded to see a supervisor.

I'm not even 5 minutes in and I just want to say you are such thoughtful parents. I love that prior going to the airport you run through what will happen when you arrive with the kids, preparing them before they get there. Just thought that was super good of you😃

As an ex-flight attendant, I commend the way you briefed your kids about what to expect along every part of the way. I must admit when I read the description I had flashbacks to a family with 11 kids I once had onboard who were an absolute nightmare!!! I am in shock and awe of how well you guys handled this and how well behaved they all seemed to be! Well done!!!!!

I watch Eve and am reminded of my great aunt with Down's Syndrome. She was a delight. For her time, she lived a long and fulfilling life. She attended the country school until fifth grade back in the 1930s. After school though, there wasn't much for a person of her ability to do, so she spent her days doing household chores and making pot holders. She lived with her sister's family for over 40 years after the death of her parents. These people are pure and sweet, sent here to cheer the world.
I love this family. I feel like God just smiles down on them as they explore His world, take care of all of His beautiful children, and just show everybody else what love looks like.❤️

The answer is always gummy melatonin!! I take sleep aids the first 3 days after arriving to my location so that I can sleep into that time zones time!! I'm so excited!!

The moment you said red eye, I had to pause the video and put in my two cents. :) I personally love red eyes, less traffic at the airport and you fall asleep in one city and wake up at your destination.
