I made the Carmel apple crumble cheesecake and it was a HUGE Hit at our family dinner! They all requested that dessert at the next weekend at another family dinner! I am going to add more crust and more topping as requested, and give that a try. No one could believe there was not liquid in the cheesecake just cream cheese and spices. So ez really! Love it!

ALL HAIL THE APPROACH OF FALL! Maybe it will be a little less hot outside for a while (though the heat just moves inside when you're busy baking with your oven, imo). These look delicious and one or two are maybe within my limited baking abilities!
My mothers baked apples were the bomb of course Maine is an apple state so we got the apples right from almost outside the door. She stuff them with butter sugar and cinnamon and bake them in like an 8 by 8 pan and my good god were they ever delicious! She made them every fall now she's 85 and takes care of her house and herself and go shopping alone and drives but says she is too old to cook. No more mom's baked apples for me I have to make them myself.
For any vegan friends the first recipe is super easy to veganise. Replace the butter with none dairy butter (or just omit it and make a slightly different vegan apple filling). A lot of puff pastry that's store bought is vegan friendly so check out the ingredients on a few to find a vegan one. Finally replace the egg white for sticking the pastry with water. If anyone wants to know about veganising other parts of this video id love to help ^^
