I eat one meal a day, between 2-4pm. My work/lifestyle doesn’t require any more than that. By doing that, my body is able to fully heal/deal with inflammation/clear toxins, especially as I sleep. AND, helped me shed excess fat stores, without the stress of not eating my favorite stuff. Don’t get me wrong, some of my favorite foods are great sources of fiber and nutrients (fruits, black beans, veg) but much of my favs are burgers, fries, pizza, pork cutlets, sausages, Reese’s peanut butter cups, kabobs, etc… 😂

This was a highlight of the tech tree. The T7 is good, but the T6 just seemed to work in more situations. The gun handling was surprisingly great.
