During the covid pandemic (2 1/2 years) I was in a province in the Philippines. While there we built over 25 C.R's (toilets) and built and repaired many homes and distributed food and other essential items thanks to this youtube channel and the subscribers. yes now use your space better .less is more ... one wall is your work wall always consider different ways to use the highest space in the room ... corners and height looks good have fun ... learning ...a bed you need two sides to keep it neat

Reche doesn't look like she has just had a baby, I cannot believe how quickly her body has returned to normal, it took me six months.
So glad you put the fridge where it is, and to be able to use the plug point in the cupboard make's sense, and maybe your drinking water container can go on top of frideg? The bed looks great, and you have a decent mattress, that makes all the differrence to a good night's sleep.The headboard could have been made higher so you see the bamboo when the bed has bedding on it but the man who built it probably thought you would only put one of those two inch rhin mattresses on it so maybe extra pillows or some cushions to lean against during the day, just a thought?
The TV on a swivel makes good sense also, you can move for the perfect view. If you have nothing planned to put at the foot of the bed, an ottomon the same width would hold a decent amount of clothes, spare bedding/blanlets.throw etc, and work as a seat if visitors came?
I am sure you will get a table and chairs to go against the window wall, for eating at, editing vlogsetc, probably only two chairs as chairs take up space and two is enough. Everly can have a small table and chair set when she is around two onwards.
Looking great, terrace will be fantastic to sit and enjoy the view, Everley when older can play with her toys out there too it is big enough. Shelf and bedding shopping to come!

Nice bed bro! The fridge looks good where you placed it. Better to drill hole and plug it under the countertop than using an extension cord (for safety reason).

Would a small table and chairs be better than futon.? you can always get bamboo couch and chair for deck….maybe a small baby crib be nice in corner by the window and baby will be safe in her little fly net sleeping basket maybe will fit in crib.

Are the hinges on the fridge able to be changed to have the door swing open the other way? Most fridges do that. I think you’d appreciate the door opening from the counter side

Congratulations for the nice furniture, I would put the Bed so it wouldn't take much space and away from the window, so the header should be on the empty wall and one side all the way on the other wall underneath the "wall with one window" so no one would fall from the bed and you can standing operate the other window on "the two windows wall"! And you will have more space, especially if you cook in the same space and the child is sleeping!

I suggest you put the head of the bed on the opposite side. This way, if you put a door to the bedroom, you'll have a space to swing your door. Another idea, you can use a sliding door instead of a swing one.

Or you can put your bed all the way to the wall and put your closet in the other side of the bed. It will served as a division in your living room and you have a little privacy in your room.

Don’t forget about the stairs on the house side, they need some sort of way to block it off. By the time the baby is walking on her own, you probably have already thought about that but just incase.
Your plan for the fridge, is the right place for it. Plus the storage under the bed. You’re almost there, don’t worry it will be nice. Reche he not only can sweep, he’s an all around Great choice for you. Dustin is nice, all the way to the bone. 100% !

Remember your refrigerator the doors can change to open the other way you want the hinges towards the bed so while you’re in the kitchen, you can open up the doors and face the kitchen not face the living room just a suggestion it’s real simple. You probably already had that as an idea butnever hurts a little bit because sometimes you get overwhelmed and then one day you’ll go oh my gosh I can do this or that

Awesome bamboo bed, house getting converted to a home ❤. Maybe for your future expansion you can consider making a 3-4 feet wall around the terrace and the rest go up with glass all around and you can open to get fresh air and on top put the roof.Then you can convert that into you living room/dinning/ hangout/play area for Everly

Just a suggestion but the fridge near the door would give you all more space around the bed and sitting area,all plugs are behind the fridge thats how you plug in the fridge,looking good guys❤🎉
