Extremely bad customers service. i had to cancel host gator hosting after 3 months and host gator only refunded $26.12 out of $136 i payed. you can not contact billing via phone, only with email which host gator billing answer with email reply after 6 days every email, to make you get frustrated and leave your refunding money issue. 100% NOT recommended.
I did mine on godaddy and it took 49 hours!
