Man, I totally feel him. Many of his answer are literally me, I mean as if I am looking at myself in the mirror! I'm rather introvert, shy, I really enjoy my time at home and I often feel like I can't fit. Sure, I don't have schizophrenia, but I guess this is just one of many differences between me and him. He also don't share many of my weaknesses, nobody is perfect generally speaking. So I'm really sorry for him and I wish he can make it and have a great life. But yeah, he is literally me.

I saw a young man who had a dog who let him know when people came in, so that he knows when he's hallucinating an unreal person coming in. It's such a shame that there are not better medicines without the side effects. We should have an Operation Warp Speed for mental illness treatments like we did for Covid 19. I think the paranoia is so terribly debilitating.

Another common method is using a phone camera, since it’s very unlikely the brain would create a duplicate hallucination on screen.
It requires a bit more lucidity than having a dog though. And the camera is probably confusing to people who aren’t hallucinations and don’t know the circumstances

they still use the same medicines used in the 50's... its disgusting and absolute disgrace. We've always been told to trust the science but there's no one on the frontline putting their time and energy into helping people with severe mental illness. I would argue these people suffer the most in our society and yet they are pushed into hospitals, over medicated and forgotten about. It is truly sickening.

My grandparents would belittle me over my depression until one night I had a mental breakdown and went a bit crazy. They cried their eyes out cause they never believed in depression. They caught my brother cutting himself the long ways on his arm and almost lost his life. Mental illness runs deep in my family and now they take it seriously. When I moved out for the first time like a year later they upped my rent and all that shit and I couldnt pay so I freaked out and called them and they rushed 45 mins to my place I lived alone and consoled me. It takes hardship for people to finally understand. Now they are with me through and through. It feels good having people understand you.

My body went schizophrenic and just exploded out into Infinity. It was like I was an ice cube thrown into the ocean and it just melted. This was by far the most incredible and most positive and most joyful experience that you could possibly imagine. That was the moment of death and I had the Epiphany that death is the greatest thing that could happen to a living creature because it feels like in that process of dying for a split second it's terrifying because you're dying and you have no idea what's coming next. But then as you fully let go and the death occurs the next Split Second you're so relieved. It's like your entire life was this giant thousand pound weight wrapped around your shoulders just tons and tons of weight and then all of it was just lifted in a split second and you realize that you're untouchable and that you're Immortal and that nothing could ever disturb you again. It's complete peace just utter peace and joy and profundity. The beauty of it is Indescribable.
How is it possible. There's no way that this is possible. Did I really just die? How could that be?
    I'm laughing and I'm smiling 😂

At a young age, I always wondered why my uncle would start acting up suddenly, talking nonsense and people would give him pills to calm him down, and he was laughing all the time alone by himself

I don't know if Brennen looks at the comments but I check out other YT channels with people living with schizophrenia and although in its research infancy as it pertains to the therapeutic effects for those with schizophrenia, ketogenic diets are proving effective for some in that people are able to cut their dosages down or even entirely. Might be worth looking into or talking it over with your medical professional, if he hasn't already.
