Very interesting…im used to growing super sweet but small peaches, heat and drought tolerant ones in dallas texas! These giant late ones intrigue me! You’ll probably see me nerding out in the comments from now on!
That's great Nerd away! I have lots of experience with both the North and south part of Texas, I might add the East and West as well, all have there different have there different considerations and variety recommendations
It is one of the most unpredictable ripening wise because of how late it is. I can't say how it would do relative to disease outside of zone 8B. I have experienced no disease pressures outside of Peach Leaf Curl. But Like i say, i don't have much feedback from other zones lower than say 8B

Exciting to see so many late variety peaches
Probably not going to be good for NEoHio 6a but I might try & do some grafting next year
I just don't know about the fall weather in 6a, but if you can find the wood, I'm always interested in the results
