DAWN SHOWCASES RELEASE 3 BLENDING INKS FROM LISA HORTON CRAFTS AND MAKES A CONCERTINA PANEL CARD.

In today's video I will be using the fabulous new third release Blending Inks together with the Tied Bouquet Layering Stencils, 3d Embossing Folder & Die to make a Concertina Panel Card
