Your cat looks so content in this shirt. It would be great to put on if they have been poorly and you need to keep them from licking a sore bit. However if you have a cat that is in rose bushes and up trees they might get snagged and stuck!!

How did you topstitch along the "spine"? I mean, it's already cylindrical, and with the free arm I only can sew on the edge on the cylindrical fabric, not across it. I can't figure it out how you did it (yes, I'm a beginner:)

Liz, I love it. My cat Boots is so darned odd she would tell me to go take a hike! But, I think I'll take that chance 🤔. As she's gotten older, she casts terribly. It's not that I want to contain her hair 😲 no, that didn't even occur to me 🤭 I'm just a caring owner of my 19 or 20 yr old cat, she doesn't look it, even the Vet says so as she's so well looked after 😁. I'm terribly attached to hair, no her 😇 I think she'll love the fact there will be less brushing as she's not so keen on having her sleep disturbed 😴 understandable at her age, her welfare is of course paramount so she will love it ❤️. I'll be especially careful taking it off her as I wouldn't want to get the hair she's carefully shed back onto her 😉 It will be perfect for Christmas 💝 your a genius 😚😊.
Seriously, your a clever clogs, I love it, I hope Boots does too, considering I'll love her even more when I can contain all that hair 😉😇
oh man, Uzzi LOVES being brushed. We had to switch him over to a prescription diet last year due to health problems and he can't have treats any more because he can only have the special food. Turns out he is more motivated by brushes then any treat! He will come gallivanting across the house the second he hears me even brushing my own hair because he knows his brushes can't be far behind.
