Probably is the cultural differences and i live on the other end of the world. But the chicken feet, pork ear, pork intestine, 1000 year egg (u said 100 year egg) and egg tart(u said egg pie) is a very frequently eaten dish. Btw i am from Macau, a small region which has a mix of Portuguese and Chinese culture.
Egg tart shouldn't even be considered exotic. It's literally just a baked tart/dessert with eggs. Like how "normal" can you get? Lol
most of the foods here r delicious and what my Chinese family enjoys :(

A food can be not your type, but he was putting a bad face on a specific culture's food in general before even trying any of the dishes

As a hong konger, these food ARE SO good. Just because they are exotic or different from what you guys eat from a daily basis doesnt mean its weird and gross :(. and those fish balls are actually really good, y’all didn’t even cook it - that’s why it was awful

Loved the video bc everyone mostly remained respectful. but these food are not gross.. the round white balls were not cooked and the 100 yr egg is just a regular soy/tea egg.. everything else was marinated in delicious soy based sauce. Hopefully the next game you will consider using actual gross food combos like salmon milkshake or baked beans donut or something :)

Lol this is just Vietnamese food 😂 the 1000 year old eggs are just fermented eggs so they have a sulfur taste and you pair them with acidic foods like kimchi or pickled veggies. Also chicken feet is bomb. You have to break the bones down one by one so you don’t eat it whole. Very funny vid!

11:07 the century egg isn't actually kept for 100 years, its usually a duck, chicken, or quail egg preserved in clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls for several weeks before consumption.
