@@thecreekfarm4761 Thanks again for the video. We were able to get it done in a couple of hours. My quicktach was pretty reamed out and should probably have a new sleeve machined by a machinist, but we ran it hard yesterday and it held together. The problem before was that the bolt had snapped in half.
@18:39, That's golden. My T650 was always hard to grease right there, I bet those Factory Fkheads didn't align it when they put that bushing in. So pissed off. Rather than taking the bushing out, it should be ok to just drill a hole trough it right?
Thanks for the tips and tricks of pin and bushing replacement. Your time putting this together is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, hope it helped. I had trouble figuring it out and couldnt find anything to help so thats why the video. Thanks.
I am doing my T300 tomorrow with my son's. Hopefully the T300 is the same assembly. Thanks for this video!
Hopefully helps, I had trouble finding videos to show how when I replaced mine. Not too bad when you figure out how it goes together

Yes, you can drill a hole through it, just have to clean out shavings really well.
@@thecreekfarm4761 I tried to, but it seems like hardened steel, so the titanium coated bit wasn't cutting through it. Suggestions?
Thanks for sharing. Doesn't look fun but I need to do it on my S250 Turbo HighFlow.
Thanks for the reply. Not much fun but gets easier every time. Just finished for the third time on my T590. Good luck.
@@thecreekfarm4761 How many hours are they worth?
Depends on how much you use you machine. I use mine daily, so they wear out quicker probably than most that dont use as much.
Jon Today 2/9/2023 The plus with the grease fitting is easy to remove using a grease gun
Yes, I had discovered that after the fact. Thanks
You mean it can be pushed out by greasing after clip is out?
I think so but I didnt dot that way was just trying to cut down on the grease mess. Thanks
where did you get your replacement parts, and how much did they cost? I'm getting ready to tackle this on my 595
Don't remember the cost, but think I got them from Allskidsteers.com have to order online a wait a day or two. can also get from local Bobcat company.
U are a problem solver
Thanks
