I'm from West Bengal. My two uncle who did love marriage are of now 70 years of age 😂. Here 90 percent people do love marriages. Girl can marry whoever they want, society does not slutshame Or ostracise the girl's family. That's why love marriages can happen without hindrance. Intercaste marriages aren't said as intercaste because within bengali community caste doesn't hold much value. I'm kayastha my one cousin sister married a SC person long back in 2004. No fuss about it. Here dowry really doesn't work in most cases, even if it is arrange marriage. but I won't deny there are still some orthodox families exist though small in numbers.
One of my friend was in relationship with a bihari girl for 3-4 yr. But her parents didn't approve of their marriage so she married as per her parents will. Her husband took dowry of 7 lakh while three of them ( friend, his lover and her husband) work in same position in tcs. 😂 what an irony. Even that girl confessed that there are boys in her locality and family did love marriages to other community women. Family accepted it eventually because at the end society is patriarchic. They are ok with different caste/community/religion bahu but not damad. And people will say only muslm do that 😂.
Few days ago ayushi yadav killed by her father for marrying gujjar, that news didn't get views but aftabh shradhha did. Because people don't like love marriages. And also point to be seen that in honor killing, it's the girl who is always get shamed and killed.

Point no. 2- regarding the residence of one of the two at that place should be there atleast 30 days before the application for coat marriage in that district

Point no.3- one must not be related to their spouse (but to what degree), in the video it's mentioned orally, that they must not be first degree cousins (maternal or paternal) in SMA
Also, if someone is a child of such union, would it be allowed to marry in SMA with a person which is from the union of relationship b/w non first degree paternal or maternal cousins (as its known there are few communities where are different kinds of marriages and relationships are permitted and also they aren't prohibited from having relationships with first degree cousins, it's just they may not do it but it's their choice and not restriction

अरेंज marriage और love marriage मे तुलना करके देख लो ज्यादा समय तक अरेंज marriage ही टिक पाता है....... टिक पाने का कारण.. माता पिता.. परिवार.. रिस्तेदार.. दोस्तों आदि का दबाव..... रिश्ते नहीं टिक पाने कारण marriage को हल्के में लेना किसी का दबाव ना होना

I did a love marriage to a girl but, not intercaste...with the same community, same religion with exception of family... I don't say intercaste galat hai,But, bohot jhamela jhelna padta hai sabki apni apni religion, community k Hisab se demand rahegi ek shantipurn vivah rachna is like not impossible but, bohot jhujna padta hai...love k chakkar mai ladte ladte khudka career bigad jata hai...
