Shoutout to Al for mainting professionalism after the disrespect from his cohosts on his birthday. The birthday roasts are suppose to funny, fun, and light-hearted. Armon used it as an opportunity to say all the nasty things he’s been thinking about Al this whole time.
This part. And Claudia eyes looked way to excited. It was giving “omg he actually is doing it” to me.. Whether they have little quips back and forth a birthday roast is not the place to take it personal like that, especially when you’re the lowest ranking cast member. This hasn't been cohesive since Funky left and even then Funky and Claudia were going at it behind the scenes, which is why Funky left because of Claudia he didn't leave because of money. From my understand Claudia is the one bad mouthing people behind their backs to management, but management likes Al Reynolds and she has a problem with that. Armon is also trying to get Al fired, they need to bring some heterosexual men on this show so all this feminine messy energy will stop with these flamboyant gay men like Armon. I love the fact that Al didn't stoop to Armon level and acted like an adult and handled himself professional, that's what happens when you are used to working in professional corporate work environments.

I don’t think it registers in Armons brain that he has some deep self hate/self esteem issues when it comes to his dark skin. To go out your way to find partners based on skin color goes beyond just an attraction. It’s self hate. A lot of dark skinned men deal with this unknowingly. … they basically go live 8pm est and then that show is shared at noon the following day. Thats how they have been doing it for quite some time, many of us know that. It’s no secret. We are just upset cause we didn’t see the live and want to be nosy to see what happened. They aren’t obligated to play it if it was too messy and they are doing damage control. I don’t think they are trying to fool us by the way they air and post the show. It’s just a misconception people have at first until they understand how they how they operate. Think about it.. Al teaches at a college… how is he going to be able to record live everyday at noon. He’s most likely on his campus at that time.

I said from the beginning that FOX SOUL TEA-G-I-F hiring Armon Wiggins was the worst mistake they could have made and ratings were going to fall. I only came back just to see exactly what happened and to make sure Al Reynolds was okay, because I stopped watching the show when they chose to hire Armon full-time. This would never be okay in the corporate work environment and it shouldn't be allowed on Podcast Shows, Armon should be FIRED immediately and actually you can send Claudia Jordan out the door with him I'm tired of her disrespect towards Al as well.

Al started first with Armon by calling him BOY constantly and being demeaning and condescending with his replies when Armon expresses his opinion when asked for his point of view. So Al can't throw stones and hide his hand.
Fox Soul opened that can of worms by allowing everyone roast whoever the birthday celebrant is.
That is why it is called a ROAST. And no one at Fox Soul curved what Armon or anyone will say.
If there are behind the scene issues, HR should have addressed it when Armon was being disrespected by Al when he first joined the show!
Claudia and Al don't always agree, but that is why it is an opinion based show.
