Definitely worth trying to get the most out of rehab. Assuming they aren't hard to come by?

I love your videos, but I have one question. Im 17 years and suffering from pain for almost one year. I have "beginning" achilles tendinopathy and "mild" retrocalcaneal Bursitis. I wear Heel Lifts everytime and dont walk a lot daily... Still it doesnt heal up.
It makes me mentally sick. Could it be that my Bursitis Inflammation is slowly degrading my Achilles Tendon over time? I didnt found a study but It makes logical sense to me.
What do I do in a case of this. Using orthopedics, ankle wraps, proper shoes, resting.
Should I strengthen my achilles tendon? But would it even matter at that point? Im in almost constant pain. I feel my bursa pulsating almost the whole day....
I dont know how I ever be able to live.

First of all, your bursitis is not degrading your tendon - that is not a thing, so please get that scary thought out of your mind.
It sounds like you have quite an angry and inflamed tendon and bursa and you may actually benefit from medication or other measures to help calm that down.
This is something you can speak to your GP about. But also, if you wanted help with figuring this out ad getting back to your normal activities, this is something that our team of physios can help you with via video call. @@TreatMyAchilles What should I do. Is there no way for it to heal on its own? I am really scared. Can I just continue like that and one day it will heal up? Im really not sure about it. I am sick of it really. I dont want it to be forever, I cant live with this hell. I want to participate in Life again normally.

I'd love to try TB-500 peptide transdermal patches but they are on the WADA anti doping list and also illegal to posses especially since it's an experimental drug.

I would stay away from things that have not been tested properly because often what seems to have good immediate effects end up having really bad effects in long term recovery.

I have chronic Insertional Achilles tendonopathy. I have been to my GP and obtained a prescription for these patches. For me, at least, they had no affect.
