GMs have voted Fred as one of the players that could be a coach after he plays I can definitely see why he really is going to be huge for Reed and his development
Got to love that you can clearly see FVV and Adams leading this drill. You see Adams go to Fred and basically said "Hey remember that thing we talked about. Lets practice it with the young guys." This is one of the small, but very important type of things that having the correct vets on the team brings. Kind of makes me think what if Jalen had that SG mentor vet on the team his first few years how much that would've helped him out immensely. I know some people will say we had EG, but not the same type of vet. He was a silent lead by example type not the one to actually pull you aside and say hey lets work on x drill today.
Stevo teaching them his and Jas 1,2 punch, where Adams sets the screen high then screen low for the guard to get an open layup. Worked really well at the Grizzlies.
I found Alperen a little down and uninterested in this video. He was on his phone messaging in the beginning when everyone was practicing. He brought the phone with him to the center of the court, was about to put his phone in his shorts, and then ultimately left it on the side. I wonder if it has anything to do with ongoing negotiations.
@@can1973ier Alperen being on his phone and insisting on bring it alongside him to the middle of the court during training makes me think otherwise. Dillon also approached him with an understanding demeanor, like he knows there's something up but is trying to encourage him to just participate
Adams talks. All heads up eye contact and listening. Thats a coach

Which is why Silas did a ton of damage to the team that is being repaired currently.

We have the athletic guards to finish as well so it’s good to have spacing like that in the paint if the 3 is not falling at times
Same with Russ and Adams it's like a gortat screen I think
By far our most important player on offense, allow others to flourish
I think him and adams on that rockets team brought some stability. CP3 will do the same in papa tank’s team
Veterans with leadership are too valuable to pass. Great job to Fred and Adam!
Big kiwi = wins!!!!!
3:20 alpi instict pass 😮😮😮😮
the boy will has really bright career
Stevo teaching the young lads like BIG Perk did with Stevo back in his rookie years
Glad Ime insisted on signing VanVleet, and not Hardin. Rockets need real professionals.
Go Rockets!
Alpi the humble
This is why VanVleet gets payed the big bucks

He chats to girls all day
What i think is Nba players mostly from us never trained about fundamentals. He must have seen these trainings when he was 15
@@can1973ier 😂 what?

Feels entitled
Ngl I kinda want the rockets to resign vanvleet after this year but on a cheaper deal cuz he’s a leader. Without him the team crumbles
do 2x
Bruh, where are the assistant coaches? All I see is Adams and Vanvleet doing the coaching lol.
This’ probably sarcasm but they’ve got experience. Its good to see players like this for sure though, especially Adams
