@@WW226 thank you for the confirmation. i was in the market for something floody for easy pre-trip inspection.. i ended up getting the srt7i but will order the p20ix. figure it couldnt hurt to have both in arsenal :)
@@WW226how’s the rubber button and usb c flap on on yours? Still holding up? Just bought mine about 2 months ago and I use it every night. Really nice light!
It's surprisingly holding up well. I feel I fidget with my flashlight often , and the rubber botton and cover I pick at too. Never had to use the spare button replacement
Can we do a glass breaking test for non-steel-bezel lights (epsecially P10i)? I want to see whether they can still fare well during an emergency situation.
A really practical and realistic testing of everyday life usage scenarios that may inflict on a working flashlight. The important point is not on how it can survive all the tests but actually it’s to show how....different models and different manufacturers’ products, HOW FAR IT CAN GO IN THE TESTS. There is no unbreakables. Good job done for viewer !
all I had to do was drop it on gravel while it was on for it to not work anymore. Just went out. Tried turning off/on. Nothing. Removed battery, reinserted..nothing. Hooked up to charger...light came on as soon as I plugged it in then went out immediately. Tried turning on/off. Nothing. Repeated process and same thing happened...light came on for split second after hooking it to charger then nothing. Tried brand new battery, no change. It's dead, Jim. So it might last through all the torture testing you do and then you casually drop it while out and about and it breaks.
Hey Amazing NC Team, consider attaching a magnetic ring probably a neodymium ajacent to the model weight from your next gen products. I think it will add 50% more utility to your products. Totalling 150% ;)

Wait, doesn't the couple of malfunctions demonstrated mean it took the flashlight out of commission? As in defeated. Where do you think the weakness in the flashlight was for it to malfunction?
Because the batteries in the i Series flashlights have that positive/negative shenanigans on both ends. I think what happened is each time I smacked down really hard it knocked them out of alignment with the springs inside. So each time whenever I would just untighten then retighten it would work again. I surmise this would not happen with our more basic lights with the simpler battery, although this is just conjecture.
I think it was the repeated impacts, each has incrementally worked loose the end cap. When the final impact worked loose the end cap sufficiently to break open the electrical circuit the P20ix "malfunctioned". A loosen end cap under this situation is not a malfunction.
I'm a truck driver and ive dropped my nitecore into a diesel tank and couldn't get it out for 48 hrs. Still worked!
Does it light up the whole truck? Inspection made easy? Are you still carrying the p20ix to this day?
Inspections made very easy, and yes I still carry to this day. Along with other Nitecore products, definitely recommend

Great video. When are you going to subject the MH12S to torture testing? Awesome products by the way. TING!!!
I love the p20ix. Hands down my favorite flashlight, and in my daily carry.

Damn it, stop tempting me to buy new flashlights from you guys... I already got 6 flashlights from you guys just in the last 6 months...
I think they got some subliminal messages going on during the videos to buy more of their products. 👍
It is not subliminal I am very overt...MUST BUY NITECORE! 😆

P20ix or Edc27????
I wonder how long turbo lasts under water 😎
U didn’t do drop test😅…
I actually totally forgot about that...
Love you guys, but please don't turn into Olight!
Smack it against those bricks over 100ntimes
I am curious whether the P20ix can survive or work with other kind of battery (its spec to use NL2150HPi) such as NL2150 or NL2150R?
NL2150 doesnt work
Just the i Series batteries!

This is a good idea, I started looking for friendly junkyards around my area.
How about sitting on the dash in a car on a 100° day for 8 hours? (with the windows rolled up)
I have contacted a junkyard recently to do a real automotive window smash test, and will make sure to include this.
Nice p20ix
