When you drink so much when u eat this much. The liquid expands the dough from pizza and makes you full faster. Try not to drink until your done. This might help you with the 20,000 challenge.

I’m on a solo recovery journey, trying to eat more than I’ve trained my poor body to want, it’s tough, but your videos help when I know I need to eat but don’t feel like it. I’ll make myself something and tune in to one of your videos to distract me enough to start eating, and once I start generally I can finish my plate. But still struggling on volume, so I’m sticking to smaller meals at the moment. And trying to get high calorie dense foods 💕 been a sub for a while and really love your cheatdays, Zoe is so cute as well! Xx

Since I don't count my macros, just estimate them, those challange videos help me realize that I'm not eating as many calories as I think I am, I always overshoot everything and I always feel guilty, but it actually takes a lot of food to get to those high counts, way more than I would think.

Thanks for keeping me entertained during these exhausting times. Most people get to stay home at the moment but not me. I’m a specialty pharmacy tech(hormones, chemo meds etc) and Covid-19 has resulted in a CRAZY high demand for early refills and 6 months supply @ the pharmacy, which has us working overtime just to get the orders out. Shoveling food down for lunch in five minutes and it’s back to work. It’s been like this for the past week and a half and probably won’t be letting up anytime soon. I am physically and mentally drained, but your videos put a smile on my face 👍🏻
