They have been using aluminum brightener from Napa for years and years to get red clay off of dump trucks that's what it's made for to get the alkaline pill that causes the Red dirt aluminum brightener is made for red mud I don't know understand why these cats don't like using it's what it's made for, once again it's made for red clay alkaline and it's a lot cheaper and it's you used it at 50/50 you don't have to use it at full strength like you do with them other things, and you can get a MSDS data sheet on it no big deal, plus you can buy this stuff anywhere you don't have to drive 50 miles till you close the power wash door or wait 3 days to get it from Ohio I don't understand why people don't like to use it

F9 barc is very similar to aluminum brightener and would have been the best to try after the F9 efflo since barc removes rust. Great video thanks for sharing

Efflo is option 1 for red clay per the F9 cookbook. Efflo will do lots of stuff because it’s basically a muratic acid alternative. You can also use BARC and get pretty good results.
hey i bought some of your mud mayday for our new construction and it seems to work great on the stone but what about coated brick? we are struggling trying to get red mud off of it

when i lived in Georgia i installed paver sidewalks patios driveways and we cleaned and sealed them we used muriatic acid to clean the bricks there is a lot of clay in Georgia too lol

A large amount of heat is released when strong acids are mixed with water. Adding more acid releases more heat. If you add water to acid, you form an extremely concentrated solution of acid initially. So much heat is released that the solution may boil very violently, splashing concentrated acid out of the container! If you add acid to water, the solution that forms is very dilute and the small amount of heat released is not enough to vaporize and spatter it. My question is this if the customers going to paint their house do you recommend them having the iron stain removed before painting or does it matter if you paint over it?

We are still doing local pick up for all of the parts and supplies products. We just had to take that option off of the website because guys would place an order, and then we would ship it, and then they would show up to pick it up a couple of days later. Try a Chem called Osfo or Chem prime.. these both work amazing on rust stains.. of course pre wet .. keep wet .. then rinse well

4 gpm is safe to use from a spigot. Any higher than that you risk outrunning the supply

Cost-wise where would you be if you used one over the other on the entire job?
Alum brightner would be cheaper on this but I still lean towards professional products for most jobs.
But it’s nice to know other stuff works too!
