Hey there, almost signed up to your community but just wanted to check how active it is etc, looking to connect with like minded people! I make and sell my own candles last 3 months I've done over 35k revenue and wanting to take it to new heights this year. Just wanted to make sure it would be a good fit and a place where I can learn etc. This video is a perfect example, I've done well on Amazon but there always seem to be new fees, so looking to scale my shopify more. Thanks.
Community is very active mate, we’re doing a lot more this year on Shopify and TikTok etc so it’s a good time to join. Obviously in bias but if you want to be in a community with other people scaling brands where you can learn FBA + Shopify + TikTok then I don’t think there’s a better place
Appreciate the content brother. When you say think long term and test many products do you mean to dropship those products and not private label them? Is it best to stop stressing over the first product so much and just try/fail/learn what is working the best?
Im not a huge fan of dropshipping because I think you need to practise things like packaging design etc to really learn the skills to scale Don’t stress over the first product for sure
what are your thoughts on cancelling all Amazon PPC, we found our UK Amazon sales have fallen 40% over the past 2 years, and ACOS has increased to 25% - so we are in the furniture category. Thinking maybe to invest the budget into google ads for our own site. As the furniture category, we have a nice niche, in this niche its high price low volume so the normal PPC business model doesn't really work, very low repeat orders, no subscription products. I am going to test switching off the AMZ PPC
It’s definitely worth testing and maybe investing some into Google ads and Meta. We’ve massively reduced our PPC spend and margins have gone up. We’re moving towards less dependency on Amazon in general.
Don't turn off all the ads. I'd recommend you to launch Catch All campaigns if you're not doing them yet and also Product Targeting campaign to ASINs with low suggested bids. I've seen a furniture brand with average price of $600 per unit concert well with PPC
