Really loved the clean sounds, too many videos are adding too many effects or out of control overdrive/distortion. Came for the review, stayed for the cleans!
I have a Zeus bass, an Osiris 6 string for travel, and have one of the new X guitars on order as well. I like my Kiesels a lot. You have me pondering a Multiscale now.
Right - I don't know if this is true for everybody, but I don't feel like I've had to make any adjustment in order to play a multi scale - or maybe it's just such a small adjustment that I don't consciously notice it.
Well, it sounds fairly strattish to me, but I get it - it has to satisfy your ears to earn your money. Happy to help, and good luck on your strat search.
If you want one that sounds more like a traditional strat, you’d want the alnico pole piece pickups like the Mark’s single coils. These pickups are not made like traditional Fender pickups
@@ryanbirabent-genone9219 Funny you commented, I actually did order a Delos with Mark's singles, and I found them to be remarkably un-dynamic for single coils. Swapped them for a Dimarzio True Velvet strat set and I'm very happy.
I got this one with the Beryllium pickups, which are standard - although the standard configuration is HH rather than SSS. I got the Beryllium humbuckers on my Zeus and liked them so much that I tried the SC Berylliums on the Delos.
@@marketguy2 Very much - it's one of two guitars I play nearly every day. And not just because it's my downstairs guitar with a top-mounted jack so I can play while watching TV while sitting on my bed. ;) Seriously, I do love it, and as much as I've enjoyed playing a PRS Silver Sky a few times in stores, I don't know if it's worth nearly double the cost of my Delos. ($2300+tax compared to about $1400)
I ordered the berilliums on this, which I think is the standard. The berilliums come in single coil or humbucker, I ordered three singles, which is a slight upcharge from the standard two humbucker config.
Are you making fun of my nerves in front of the camera? ;) Regardless, yes, I'm still extremely happy with my Delos, it's got tremendous value for money (at least in my case, I kept it pretty simple, no flamed maple tops or crackle finishes for me).
How's it compare to your PRS?
You didn’t go over the specs
Thank you for your effort!! Congratulations and it sounds really good!!
Raiden Koh thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed it!

That Zeus is cool! Just got my Zeus Z6 a few days ago as well. It's such an amazing instrument
Yes, I love my Zeus, it's great - I might get a 6-string version too, one day when the money's plentiful!

I enjoyed your video and just ordered a Theos. I regular gig with a Cavin SH550. It is a great guitar.
Thank you so much, and good luck with the Theos - most Kiesel orders go to plan, but the ones that go badly tend to be more talked about.
That guitar is gorgeous. Sounds amazing too
That, I’m really enjoying it!
So it sounds absolutely nothing like a strat. I'm glad I saw this before ordering.

HI. That Delos sounds great. Which pickups did you order?
Oops. I found my answer below. You still happy with it?

Thanks so much. They do sound really good.
How are you enjoying the guitar some nine months on?

@@guitarambition9949 Thanks! It sounds really great! May be it's your Mesa boogie that sounds great :)
uuuhhhhh I'd say you got a bang for your uh ...buck

24 mins of blah blah, 1 Minute of actually playing 🤔
Ya, its an unboxing video.
