Id like to add 1 thing for itemization: gargoyle stoneplate is insane on kled because both of his hp bars count towards the shield amount, so he gets roughly 2,5 times the value out of it compared to other champs. Use tge shield in dismount for guaranteed remount.
Not just that , Sunfire is extremely broken on kled. Not only you have very high sunfire base damage but the passive aoe explosion on hit works extremely well with ur W. Gargoyle+Sunfire+Graps or Conqueror depends on ur taste is broken as fuck

@@masterlex6741 From my own experience, Kled is a really solid top lane, some champions like Fiora hard counter you, but yeh Fiora being Fiora, once u learn to play against her, it a lot easier, bit still, she being able to do %health dmg and her w being able to stun you quiet freely 'cause your q or ult. But besides that, once you get a couple kills with Kled, you're able to 2v1, 3v1 and really tilt the enemy laner, since you can tower dive him as much as you want and for him there's 0 counter play. It explodes squishys and having 2-3 bars of health (due to Skaarl, goredrinker, GA and Sterak) is really usefull in teamfighting.

That doesn't mean he isn't dangerous though, cus he definitely is, and is one of the main "Yasuo stomper" picks as well. It's kinda surprising that he isn't as popular as Darius or Aatrox, but I guess his playstyle is much harder to get used to. You could say that he is the Aurelion Sol of bruisers. Btw, I've noticed a bit of a trend with your recent videos. They're all about some kind of melee midlaner or toplaner that can do fancy combos and snowball pretty well. I'm not saying this as a complaint, it's just something interesting that I've noticed, and I'm not sure if it's intentional. I guess melee champs just have more mechanics and combos, lol.
I usually go bone plating and time the fight while its on CD alongside W, this way I remount easier since kleed can easily get bursted down, bone plating when it comes back mid fight as mini kled its a life savior
I like kled , I don't understand why he isn't popular, probably the people like the mainstream champions , I am glad to main this unique champion, reminds me a lot the lizard that you could ride on JAK 3 for PlayStation 2 , it's absolutely the same
I'll add one more to the pile, when fighting near a thick wall that you cannot pass through , you can cancel your shotgun animation by launching yourself into it(like vayne tumblimg into a wall to get her aa out quicker), that way you will get a slightly quicker remount.

Personal preference : I got stoneplate first instead of sterak for some reason -sterak sheild is base on the stacks, which give larger sheild in teamfight or against more enemy -stoneplate give more sheild as it scale with user hp(which kled have the most) -stoneplate give AH, armor and mr, which i think better than hp This is my personal preference only, not saying which one is better, i just like to buy stoneplate first, then proceed to sterak
i prefer play kled whit sunfire, in team fights you burn it all of them, and whit an stoneplate whit sterak you got skaarl back and they still burning, a lot of magic damage
Alternatively sunfire is rising in popularity with Kled because of how it works with his health bars. And the survivability it gives so you can still safely remount
kled is in a weird placee into thee meta where half of his items got nerfed and some of his counters got buffed but he is still a great champion just because he is so strong and fun to play (and also no one knows how to play aganist)
Actually sunfire aegis is better for remount. You can fight in a minion wave and the aoe passive you build with your autos kills the minions which builds meter for remount.
I know this is old, but don't try to E flash, it's actually pretty hard to do and very inconsistent, you can flash E and 99% of people won't react in time anyways.

another thing to note is that if you dismount - remount - dismount - you CANNOT remount immediately
his passive goes on cooldown for 30 sec (i think)

Yeah. You can q while grounded. It will still build meter but won't move you anywhere. So you can stay in melee range.

I play crit/ life steal Kled. I build sheildbow, bloodthirster, infinity, then I go hydra. Works prettt well
