You can ideally get both if you save enough but if i had to REALLY prioritize for best account benefits imo i would probably go lap alter since iirc the 300 pull spark options is rosmantis who becomes an IS meta pick with her IS module. Plus Lap alter is at worst decent for most of the endings except the first dlc ending. That is you know you can get the 300 pulls. If not default to nymph
