Agreed on the Knicks. I don't see them as contenders this year unless they flip Robinson and someone else for a few bench pieces with size and scoring. They may not want to do it this year if the options aren't as good as they will be over the summer, but they need to make that move eventually.
OKC has Miami's lottery protected pick this year. However, if it does not convey this year, it becomes unprotected next year. So Miami has some incentive to make playoffs this year.
Now that we're near the mid-point in the season, I'm hoping that Dillingham can actually work into the wolves rotation. I think he's part of what they're missing in terms of a Conley replacement.
I will pick the number one after the Cavs at OKC home game this week. Cavs have had the easiest strength of schedule in the league while OKC has had the fourth toughest .

25 wins in the East isn't the same as 25 wins in the West. And the Rockets have beat the Knicks. Them over NY seemed like low hanging fruit. I'm good with the season-long slights with the Rockets. I feel like the Thunder went through similar growth as the Rockets, but didn't get so much doubt. It's gonna be a fun post-season.
You could say that they are the reigning champions so that makes them the team to beat, but the East they dominated last year is obviously a lot stronger this year, and they themselves look pretty bleak. They will have to beat the Cavs and the No 3 seeds to win the East. And we saw last weak that beating a team like OKC will also not be easy for them.
@ I watch them and they look bleak and a bit lost to me. And their recent form has also been bleak, about .500, definitely a lot worse than last year. After actually winning a lot of games narrowly against poor opposition earlier in the season.

If you want to talk about off court issues of nba players do a separate video made to talk about that not in this video.
