Number 28's answer is wrong, the answer is Exodus 15:22-25. The waters of Marah were bitter, so God showed Moses a tree, and he cast it into the waters and made them sweet.
I get what you’re saying, but it says “provide water” from there being no water around. At Marah, the water was there but bitter and God made it sweet for them, but didn’t technically provide the water.
I like doing Bible quizzes, for one thing because I'm really good at it (I don't get very many questions wrong), but when I run across a Bible quiz in which they spell out the verses I immediately click out of there, as spelling out the verses takes up wwwaaaaaay too much time, and is redundant, seeing as how anyone who knows enough about the question to be able to answer it correctly already knows the scripture and doesn't need to see it spelled out. Listing the chapter and verse is sufficient. In fact, people who know enough about the verse to be able to answer the question correctly won't bother reading the verse that is spelled out because they already know what it says. So for them, seeing the verse spelled out ends up being an unnecessary chore which they won't bother with. But most of the people who post Bible quizzes spell out the verses so that I don't do very many Bible quizzes. This quiz is an example of what I'm talking about.
@@Kim-js8jf ~ Mu guess is that people who don't know the scriptures well won't have much interest in doing Bible quizzes. There are a few people posting Bible quizzes who list the chapters and verses of the scriptures the questions are about, but they don't spell out the whole verses. I like doing those quizzes and I can well imagine that there are a lot of other Christians out there who feel the same way I do regarding these quizzes.
