I'm not a vocal expert, so don't know the proper term. The shifting of Suisei's voice into certain melody of the song is so skillful and giving me goosebumps. No matter what language she sing; be it Japanese or English she still have the same lovely and great voice.
That’s called timbre modulation, and it’s a very advanced skill that even some seasoned professionals struggle with. It shows exceptional control over her voice.
