This is what Toy Gains is about not reviewing an action figure but what an action figure means to him. I love every story you tell about each figure! Please keep it up. Your editing is getting better with each video, too. Big props!
Tyson was the shit!! that's all it is. People can hate all they want., He wasn't a saint but a s a boxer he was the king. 80's and 90's was probably the best boxing era of my lifetime. Plus this figure is super cool and impossible to find for a decent price. Looks at you still got it, thumb cramping is a thing.
Omg how many childhood hours were spent playing punch-out lmao. Such a great fighter/figure. One of my favorite interviews with Mike. I’m hoping to find this figure at the con I’m going to this weekend
@@Toygains I don’t really remember a whole lot from the fight, I was 13 at the time. I’ve never gone back to watch it. Maybe I’ll look and see TH-cam has the fight.
Great video man, I don't have a lot of memories of my childhood buy I definitely remember staying up late Saturday nights before my uncle's chipping in to order boxing PPVs. 90s boxing is untouchable
This was a great video, you really nailed the era and why Tyson is the GOAT of boxing. His story is a roller coaster and great comeback story from his lowest point (the past you mentioned). I dig the figure, admire the athlete and man, and really appreciated your take on the whole shabang!
I really need to snag this figure. And watching Tyson fight was one of the few things that my father & I connected on. I believe that Cus D'Amato dying & Don King coming in after were two horrible things that would shape the dark times of his boxing career. Great video sir & amazing ending!
@@Zakainen yeah Man. I can't describe how cool it was when the neighborhood Would get together and watch the fight. It was a scene. And definitely, Cus' was essentially his dad in ways.
Great video Gains. Iron Mike is dope. I remember one summer we my family went to NC from TX to visit our family. My cousin had the Tyson game and we beat him that summer. That was epic. Thanks for sharing and have a good day sir.
You can’t talk about the 80’s and not talk about Tyson.. He was more than just a Boxer. Like Michael Jordan Bo Jackson or Walter Payton they were stars! Great video Gains!
@@Toygains you're welcome, that first tv interviewer got what was coming to him, but the second interviewer you showed no clue why Tyson was pissed at him.
Dude I made not too long ago a Little Mac and he definitely needs a Tyson to fight or other boxers, Nintendo definitely needs to make a Punch Out line of figures.
I think Tyson bit his ear off because his eye was bleeding from head butts and he knew he couldn't win so he ended it on his terms. That's what I thought back then anyway.
I remember all us in Toronto thinking what a douche the interviewer was for completely undermining the intent of the interview. Not the place and time for that question.
We had the best sports stars. Tyson, Schumacher, Woods, Jordan, Hawk etc etc. They lived as hard as they fought
Even the tennis players were awesome back then.
@@Toygainsyeah you're right Agasi, Sampras, McEnroe. And I only named the men. The woman is another long list. Quality just pure quality.

I'll admit without hesitation that I love Mike Tyson. The man is still a beast!
Toy Gains is one of my favorite toy channels because of videos like this.
@@JoshFromBefore very kind man. And really cool considering I've been watching you before I tried any of this.
Wow Gains, that painting was amazing! And thank you for sharing that interview, top 3 interviews of all time hahaha!!! Another Awesome video!
Thanks man. Yeah I used to be pretty good at doodling.
Lmfao that ending was epic. The kids still got the moves.
@@SameTimeToys lol thanks
Love Mike..get a tracksuit and you can make him like the adult swim series Mike Tyson Misteries😂😂😂
Tyson was a pretty good co-host in the early days of Jimmy Kimmel Live.
At 20, he unified the titles in probably the greatest time for heavyweights in history! Awesome figure 🤟🏻
He didn't fight Bowe, tho lol, just like Lenox...Bowe was dangerous
Nice figure, excellent reviewer! I like how you can tell a story and make it so interesting and relatable thanks

My friends and I watched that Tyson/Douglas fight. We couldn’t believe he lost. The whole room was quiet after the fight. Great video, Gains.
Do think that was a slow count when Douglas was down ?
