95% of the time my Poe or Finn gets one shot at the beginning. These videos are a joke. Ive wasted so much energy, so where’s the videos address the real struggle of Rey?
Not sure exactly what went wrong for me but for some reason i had one run that went badly where i was trying to take the ads down first. By the time i got to slkr he had ramped up too much and then he eventually killed everyone. I have found 100% success getting slkr out of the picture first and then dealing with the other 2. Using the event special to let JTR tank all the counter attacks works just fine while you focus and whrilwind down slkr.
I have had your same problem. Not enough tickets to try again tonight, but a third zeta on Rey at Relic 8 did nothing for ne while saving Kylo for last.
Zorii is also a really great substitution for R2. I have her at 3 stars and she has all her zetas and worked well for the first 2 tiers. I can see why R2 might be a little bit better with all the stealth.
Rey's whirlwind activates when a LS ally (including herself) drops below 60% health. In order to do that the character must be ABOVE 60% health at some point. You likely just need to heal up before dropping below 60% health - make sure you don't just spam the lifeblood ability on Rey.
Finally, after running through so many other guides, and wasting so much currency, your advice worked. Just wish I'd found it sooner. I didn't manage to kill the ads until they had protection up, so took 2 attempts each, and I lost the resistance bros, but still won in the end. Thank you
I cannot clear Tier 6 with the same team and Rey at Relic 8 with three zetas. By the time Kylo is alone, his mastery is so high, and he just health steals his way back to green while picking my squad apart.
It took me 4 whirlwinds to get down to just SLKR and by then I could do no damage to SLKR. I accidentally used R2 and 3PO with BB8 and JkR and won 5 straight. Lost now twice following the video
Oof that's rough business! I really wouldn't recommend 3p0 in this - he's going to constantly remove TM from SLKR increasing his HP/Prot. If you have Zorii, I would recommend using her as she does make it massively easier.

I used the ultimate tier guide in this video, won easily. I had previously only dropped one battle on the ult tier before watching this, but I don't think ill drop anymore now. thank you. 💜
What team did you use and what kind of mods did you have on Rey, mine is r7 has about 160k health 20 odd thousand protection and around 450 odd speed but for some reason i dont know if its slkr being too strong but i get to him with my whole team standing and then he just picks everyone off one by one and i cant do any damage and ive tried to get my Rey to almost 11k damage. I have lost count how many times ive lost the battle
@@tb8766 The team I used was Rey, Res Hero Fin and Poe, JTR and BB8 None of them had their zeta's except 1 on Finn, all 6 on Rey. Finn's speed is prob second most important besides Rey, so for me he's at 303. Always try to spam that event special ability on JTR whenever you can, at the start of the battle I gave Finn Lifeblood to make sure he lived, after that I always kept giving it to JTR while she was force taunting. Also never EVER use JTR'S 3rd ability, the mind trick one, it gives Kylo health and offense and doesn't really effect the other Randoms too much.
I feel like either my Rey is not modded right but I do have a lot of offence on her or slkr is just too beefy, I get everyone down and then he’s able to kill everyone else

hmm, I don't think that Rey's basic zeta should be that important. Definitely try to make sure you balance the use of the event special ability and try to keep JTR taunting.
Relic 7 Rey is fine but needs reasonable mods. Over 500 speed so she can spread lifeblood before SLKR goes, around 200k health so she's thick and spreads lots of lifeblood. Preferably over 10k damage so whirlwinds hit hard.
Hey Rory! Honestly, I think the zeta is worthwhile, especially with Zorii in the game. However, no I don't think it's necessary to be successful...it will just make your life a lot easier!
I did all tiers without any Zeta on the resistance toons, saved them all for Rey. But you have to compensate it with really good mods and it might not always consistent. I droped one battle at tier 2.
I didn't remod for this, but have done several since recording the video. If you're concerned a bout dropping tickets mod for the following: JTR - Speed & Potency BB8 - Speed RH Finn - Speed & Potency (must be faster than RH Poe, but get their speeds as close to each other as possible) RH Poe - Speed & Potency R2-D2 - Speed & Potency Having RH Finn Around 320 ish speed should be plenty.

@@ScrybeGaming I cleared teir 6 last night after leaving the ads for last. My Rey has Leadership, Sudden Whirlwind, and Galactic Legend zetas.
I have all zetas with 550 speed and this still happens to me. Been loosing monstop im so over this

Definitely worthwhile putting on good mods to make sure you don't drop battles:) create some mod loadouts, it'll save you problems in the long run:)

Rey: 210k HP, 26.5K PROT, 530 speed, DMG 11.5k
She is Relic 9, my very first r9 in fact, on my very first GL.
Offense and Health Sets on Rey as well, lots and lots of speed (130 on mods total)

I drop every other battle with this strat. I’ll get Kylo down and then the adds just chip away. That bonus protection on the adds sucks

Are you using the same setup? Make sure you're not reducing his turn meter with abilities as that will increase his max health and protection.

Why isn’t whirlwind available? I just lost. Opening shot they killed JTR in one shot. Then I only had whirlwind once in the battle.

Definitely NOT 100%. 3 of my 7 attempts, one of my characters is one shotted on the first turn (RH Finn 2x, RH Poe 1x) and I can never recover.
Start with the event special ability instead if you're losing units out the rip.
