if you have any problem while editing the files using terminal you can also use winscp connect as root and edit the same as mentioned using gui and save it automatically uploaded after that restart the tomcat..

Hi Sir,
This is tutorial is a very useful beginner DevOps.
I am facing some issues in install the Tomcat server in EC2 instance before installing the tomcat we need to install JAVA also please let me know I am getting below error msg "Neither the JAVA_HOME nor the JRE_HOME environment variable is defined
At least one of these environment variables is needed to run this program"
please let me know.
