Is the custom text tone only on the Pro? I have a 16 plus. I also can’t find where I can have the phone vibrate instead of ring

thats most likely because you have your phone on silent mode use the action button to change it back or find it in settings, to have your own custom text time they have paid pre made ones on itunes you can search for Text Tone to get to the page to change it there, with some more complicated steps you can turn any sound file into a text tone sound too there is youtube tutorials for that
