Just in between several projects, the Land of Birds (from Kuni no Tori in japan) is finally released. This has been made by a few builders of the team, leaded by LordPumpkin. You can find on it a fisherman village splited by a tiny waterfall. On the top of the mountains there's a citadel, the whole, protected by a dragon and its lore.
All in all, this more than 50 houses and towers which are all furnished.

Entre différents projets qui sortiront sous peu, Land of birds (traduit depuis le japonais Kuni no tori) sort enfin. Ce projet a été réalisé par un petit nombre de builders de l'équipe, dirigé par LordPumpkin. Vous pouvez y retrouver un petit village de pêcheurs séparé par une cascade. Au sommet des montagnes siège une citadelle. Le tout étant protégé par un dragon vivant dans une mystique forêt aux esprits.
Au total c'est plus de 50 tours et maisons, toutes équipées d'intérieurs.

@@j_respect5948 that feature has been in terraria for years and years now with paints. So most people would likely compare the two and say it was 'stolen'. Theyve said it about other things already so I assume they'd say it with that too. But even with that said I love how it was done in terraria and think minecraft needs something along those lines.

Japan is an East Asian country
and East Asian Music, Architecture, and Culture are pretty similar
Edit: East asian countries have some similarities and sometimes use similar instruments but it's only inspiration and there are still many unique things each countries have so you can't really call it all that similar

first things first, this build is amazing. It shows a great understanding of East Asian architecture, and despite that many characteristics of EA architecture is hard to express in the blocky world of Minecraft, you guys rocked the curves and roofs and woods. This is probably the most consistent and elegant build I have seen so far in Minecraft, and no doubt the best in Asian themed builds.
But some things bothered me. First, the name "Kuni no Tori" means "The Bird of the Nation". To say "The land of birds", you should reverse it, as "Tori no Kuni". Some grammarnazi things, but you don't want a broken grammar sounding funny to those who know Japanese.
Also, the music is completely Chinese, not much Japanese. The difference may not sound like much of a deal, but it kinda breaks the mood and makes the stuff look like a Chinese dreamland than a Japanese one. The difference between the traditional cultures of the three East Asian countries - China, Japan, Korea, is more drastic than that of France to Germany or Britain, because they were historically very separated and never assimilated with each other for millenniums, although they communicated a lot. So when something sounds Chinese, it ceases to sound Japanese suddenly. If you want to add a Japanese identity to the build, I think you might wanna change the music, or just change the nationality into a more ambiguous one. Of course, you could just keep it this way and don't bother until your next Asian build if you guys are thinking of any, because those minor skirmishes really don't matter unless you are very perfectionist.

Yeah, me too but you lucky that you have bed because I've spawned in middle of the sea and dont have anything except dirt and water that i and my friend eventually dig the block that almost 30 minute that we finally find a island when we came out and of course there's no sheep so we can't make a bed. (Actually this happen a week ago, and i still laughing whenever time i remember it)

Reminds me of the time where when I was little, I attempted to build a house for herobrine in the game. I literally just dug into the side of a mountain, made a few rooms, and put some essential survival mode stuff inside. And I actually expected to see herobrine in the "house" I made for him.

Lmao, I'm facepalming so hard when i see the title. It's supported to be "Land of Birds" or "鳥の国 (Torii no Kuni) " but instead the title is "国の鳥" meaning "Bird of Land"

and building on white cliff is Chinese-ish, too.
When trying to make a Japanese style scenery, it becomes Chinese style.
It is a common mistake made by people in English speaking countries.
I am Japanese and I live in Japan, so I feel a sense of incompatibility,
But I think it's a beautiful work.
If you want to make landscape of "Japan" more with MINECRAFT,
please learn the difference between the Chinese garden and the Japanese garden, and the wonderfulness of each.

Oh, wow! This is amazing! I'm glad you released the map publicly. I would love to make Minecolonies schematics based on this. Maybe copy some buildings, maybe create some myself in a matching style. I would be awesome to see something like this build before you as you progress in a survival game :)

They should add fog to Minecraft.
It would/could appear in any biome at a time, but denser, thicker fig would nearly always be present in Dark Oak forests, Spruce taiga, Blue Ice spikes, and Gravel/extreme hills.
As an added bit of depth/fun you can use glass bottles and by left clicking, you could slowly fill your bottle with water.

There are a 1500 comments as if now, so this probabbly die. Anyways, "Kuni no tori" means "bird of country", I guess you want it to mean "Country of birds" or "Bird's country" so that'd be "Tori no kuni" 「鳥の国」.
