Captain John does indeed have a fine Sharpie. The shape and colors make it hard to tell if it's a real new or real old design. Would love to see more. thanks
@@goodkebo Ha! I can only wish! lol, I do have his book. Actually, I'm interested, that when sharpies evolved from flat to v-bottomed to arc-bottomed, phrases such as sharpie-lifeboat and uncapsizable enter the lexicon. Especially the uncapsizable part. Anyway it appears I'm starved for some sharpie talk, so please pardon my long response to your short question.
Beauriful sharpie you got there! How fast is she under the sail? I have read somewhere that the Egret (Parker version) can do 8+ kt under modest outboard power.
Beautiful boat to bad this video wasn't more about the boat and less about a drone shots and music, Oh well at least we got to see a little of the boat...thanks for that
Great boat. Great video. ❤
I've always loved the Egret and any boat that is similar to it...

That is a nicely done sharpie. I like the colors too.
lol Nice combination of drone photography and music even though I don't usually care for either. ☺️
Is that perhaps a Reuel Parker boat?
Yes it is. Have you ever had a Parker boat?

@@b_ks I built the 19' Ohio Pound Net sharpie, a long time ago. Reuel was kind enough to let me finish up the masts in his shop in Key West.
I built the New Haven. Sail it in Topsail Beach. I would love to see your boat or better get a ride
Oh! (10 sec dramatic pause) now that's *eye candy*!
Thanks. I always wanted my own Egret. It was great to have a sail on one.

It is not my boat, I wish it was! It is a super cool boat. My brother just went sailing on it again today, lucky guy.
Sweet sharpie!!!❤❤❤ room for 2 to overnight? Has a V berth?

Yes, great shots but cutting away to the next shot way too soon. Over edited! Still, wonderful boat, sailed in a beautiful setting.
Is this a devlin design?
